Nice place

The place is exactly as advertised very spacious and both bedrooms are very big. You get what you pay for and this property is nice but isnt in a good area but its near by to stores gas stations etc. I enjoyed my stay and my host was very nice and able to work with me. Will book again!

A good property is a poor area.

Our wasn’t excellent as we expected. Other neighbors occupied the front parking lot and make noise every night with cars horns. Otherwise we had a good time.

Can't say it's good

The manager was very kind and responded to my messages promptly. I didn’t have any particular problems, but the room had a smell that seemed like tobacco. According to the rules, smoking should not be allowed inside, so I thought it was unlikely. The next day, I stayed at a different accommodation, and there was no such smell, so I’m sure it was tobacco. Additionally, I noticed many ants in the room, and while the towels had been washed, they felt quite old.

Bad smell and noisy air conditionin

The area does not feel very safe, the house had a pipe smell that no matter how much they tried to eliminate them, the smell persisted. The air conditioning makes a horrible noise as if it were a turbine from an airplane, according to the technician, he said that that noise is normal. My 11-year-old son had a horrible cough because of the smell of the house. The parking lot was used by people who were not on the property. I'm sorry but I wouldn't come back and I don't recommend it either

We have had this unit for over 4 years and have hosted hundreds of guests. We have never had complaints like this prior. This guest was just horrible and impossible to please complaining about every little thing. We went way above and beyond to assist the guest and even called out (and paid) an a/c technician to come and inspect the a/c. the technician himself didn't understand what the guest was complaining about and neither did we. We sent over our cleaning service and also personally came out there ourselves to inspect the "smell" they were complaining about. Again, there wasn't any smell. We did not smell it and our cleaning service did not smell anything either. Regardless we offered a complimentary cleaning and re-cleaned the unit for them. Still wasn't good enough. There is tons of free parking at the property and we have never had an issue with this as well. This is just one of those bad apple guests. Luckily most of our guests are great but this one unfortunately was just terrible.
