We agree—it's one of the things guests love most about this property! We're sorry to hear about your experience with the linens. All of our sheets and towels are professionally cleaned and sanitized in a commercial laundry facility using high-temperature wash cycles. Occasionally, a cosmetic stain may remain even after commercial laundering, but we certainly understand that this isn't the first impression anyone wants. Had you let us know during your stay, we would have gladly brought out a fresh set of linens right away. Regarding the kitchen supplies, we do provide a starter kit that includes hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher tabs, paper towels, toilet paper, and trash bags to help guests get settled. We intentionally do not provide or leave pantry items such as salt, pepper, sugar, coffee, cooking oils, or spices. While these items may seem convenient, we avoid leaving opened food products for food safety and hygiene reasons, as guests generally prefer to purchase and use their own. We truly appreciate your feedback, as it helps us continue improving the guest experience.
