Foi excelente apartamento estava super limpo parabéns a funcionaria(o) que limpou dentro de vários que ja aluguei esse foi o que estava mais limpo e ja aluguei mais de 30 aptos em Guarapari.Está de parabéns o anfitrião Dr Welder atendimento excepcional alugarei mais vezes o apartamento com certeza ganhou um cliente.Localizacao sensacional onde gosto de ficar ao lado do praia center.Uma vista maravilhosa do apartamento para o mar.Super indico aluguem sem medo pois o apto é sensacional.
