Great location, great house. The beaches around are amazing. Just a few minutes from Huacas where they grocery stores, fruit stands and bakery. The property is beautiful and safe behind 3 check points. Local restaurants are great. We are already thinking of our trip back.

Amazing!!

Four of my friends and I stayed here for 4 nights. It was incredible! Exceeded our expectations. So clean and comfortable. The layout of the house is excellent with private bathrooms and a large living space. The pool and patio are perfect for relaxing. Very secure with a fence and gate as well as a guard at the entrance of the neighborhood. We would absolutely stay here again.

Easy Living

This house is set back in a gated and secure community, away from the hustle and bustle but still close to small grocery stores, restaurants and a coffee shop. The house is very modern and well decorated. Plenty of space and kitchen is well equipped. Management company was quickly responsive and made our stay so welcoming. Highly recommend.

Spring Break 2024

We were a family of 8 people. We had plenty of room and the house was exactly as posted. We loved EVERYTHING. The bathrooms were nice and clean; the bedrooms were spacious and the kitchen had everything we needed. The pool was beautiful and well taken care of. We used the grill a couple of times and it worked great. The grounds of the house were well maintained and so beautiful. I loved having coffee out on the patio in the mornings. The walk to the beach was about 10-12 minutes- we walk at a fast pace typically. The walk to the beach was partly road, a little sidewalk and little shoulder (dirt path beside the road). You just have to watch your step in places and be careful in the dark. We would walk to the beach for the stunning sunset as often as we could. Daniela from Special Places was the staff member that I communicated with the most. She was amazing and responded quickly. She helped me organize the excursions and it all went as planned. Daniela wanted to make sure we had a great vacation. She was very informative and it was just nice to know we had someone looking out for us while we were there- that’s how I felt anyway. The drivers that we had for transportation were so awesome. My kids say they miss Kenneth- he was great! I would 100% recommend this house in Brasilito and Special Places.
