Wonderful property, location, great views, and felt like home. Must stay....

I would definitely stay here again on my next trip back to Destin. The beach access was awesome and the views where stellar day and night. Very clean and everything you need in the unit including beach chairs and an umbrella. Great location to tons of restaurants and entertainment very close.

Excellent stay at Sundestin!

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Sundestin resort. The condo was updated and exceptionally clean. The view was fantastic from our balcony. The property owner s ( Thomas and Rhonda) were easily accessible with all contact information. Will definitely stay again. Wonderful experience!

While we enjoyed the condo's kitchen and the ocean views from the balcony, we were disappointed by several aspects of our stay:1. The refrigerator did not make ice, and we had no space to store our groceries because every cabinet was full.2. The initial description led us to believe there was an in-unit washer and dryer. Instead, the coin-operated machines were across the hallway, costing 2.50 per use per machine. Additionally, the cycles lasted only 30 minutes with limited settings, and our clothes came out with a sour smell.3. Clothing storage was very limited. A few drawers in the second bedroom contained the owner's belongings, and the master closet was filled with cribs and beach supplies, making us uncomfortable using it.4. The individual floor hallways leading to the condo felt like walking through a garage. We initially thought the resort was undergoing renovations, but unfortunately, that was not the case.We hope you will address these issues for future guests.

Spring Break

The condo had an amazing view! The property is centrally located in the center of Destin and walking distance to many things. We really enjoyed the condo and the stay. We were a little bummed the pool was closed without knowing ahead of time but overall it was a great condo and experience.

Clean room! The view itself was so worth it. Quiet and very friendly staff. Thomas and Yinn were amazing host. Quickly responding and checking on us. Got to check in a little earlier. We will def be back. The condo restaurant was amazing. The beach guys was awesome. One of the best trips we’ve had and will be back next year. Highly recommend.

Great beach condo

We had a great vacation. The condo was updated and clean. Enjoyed to games, beach chairs, toys and more stocked in the condo. The view was amazing! I drank coffee and watch the ocean and beach every morning. The owner was very responsive and welcoming!

Short getaway with family

The property was very clean, well equipped for all of our needs especially if you have family with small kids. Everything was perfect just as advertised with amazing views of the ocean. We were in walking distance to all the main attractions. Thomas checked on us and was very prompt and responsive whenever we had questions. I will book again soon!
