Bancroft House is a delightful family home with enviable views directly opposite the Mudgee Golf Course and less than five minutes from Mudgee Swimming Pool and Water Park. Guests can enjoy spacious and contemporary interiors, a fire pit and BBQ, and a ping pong table, dartboard and putting green in the shed. A quick two-minute drive will take you straight to central Mudgee where you can see the iconic Clock Tower, explore Lawson Park or dine at one of the many cafes, restaurants and pubs.
Cosy, contemporary and chic, this stylish house is perfectly situated just a two-minute drive or 20-minute stroll to downtown Mudgee. Nestled on a quiet street, guests can enjoy the peace and serenity of the countryside while still being moments from Mudgee’s most notable attractions.

The living area is the perfect spot to gather for family movie night. In the winter months, light up the wood-burning fireplace and cuddle up on one of the plush lounges. The connected dining area offers seating for eight at a spacious timber table with green velvet chairs. The open, L-shaped kitchen is a chef’s dream, offering all the essentials to whip up a meal at home, including a full-sized fridge and freezer, microwave, stove, oven, espresso machine and dishwasher. A marble island ensures plenty of food prep space. Flowing from the main living area out to the backyard, where guests will find plenty of grass, plus a BBQ and fire pit. Inside the converted shed, you'll find football goals, a golf putt-putt mat, a dartboard, and a ping pong table.

Take your pick of four bedrooms, all equipped with ceiling fans and drenched in natural light. The first two bedrooms offer plush queen beds made in hotel-quality linen, while the third and fourth bedrooms are set up with two single beds each, ideal for those travelling with family or in a group. The first bathroom offers a luxurious soaker tub, separate shower, toilet and vanity with gold brushed finishes. The second bathroom is just as pristine, with a black matte shower, free-standing vanity and toilet. Both bathrooms are stocked with Sukin consumables to get you through your short stay. Other amenities include ceiling fans, central heating and cooling throughout, Wi-Fi, and driveway parking.
