The entire home is generously cooled with air-conditioning for the Summer months, whereas in Winter you can enjoy radiantly heated slate flooring, bathroom heated floors and snuggle up to one of many gas fireplaces found throughout the home! Ground level features access to spacious garage, King bedroom with en-suite steam shower bathroom, designer media room with Smart TV & game systems and access to secluded deck with private Hot Tub and outside gas fireplace. Go upstairs to reach the main level with living & dining area, half bathroom and contemporary kitchen featuring custom cabinetry & countertops, modern appliances and Mac Computer. The living area looks out at the scenic mountainous views and balcony with BBQ. Go up to the third level to find the Master King bedroom, 3rd King Bedroom, Queen bedroom and guest bathroom. COMPLEX: FITZSIMMONS WALK
Fitzsimmons Walk is a phenomenal location blending seclusion with easy access to many resort amenities of Whistler. You will feel right at home in this close-knit community comprising of 41 townhomes made up of local residents and five star accommodation adjacent to Fitzsimmons creek. The complex is located right across the road from Nester's liquor and grocery store and multiple restaurants or a 10 minute walk North of Whistler's marketplace, home to many of Whistler's best shops, bars and restaurants. Guests can enjoy secure, gated underground parking here! Buses connect this complex to the village centre in just under 4 minutes. During the Winter, you are easily connected to both Whistler & Blackcomb mountain from the Nancy Greene stop on your doorstep. Year round you can take a bus from the Nester's road stop which is only a 4 minute walk from the complex.

Village North offers the perfect blend of convenience and seclusion. It is centred around a marketplace complete with a supermarket and liquor store while remaining within easy walking distance of Whistler Village and both the Whistler and Blackcomb gondolas.

One parking stall is included in the rental. There is parking for one vehicle in the private garage. Multiple visitor parking spaces are available on a first-come, first-served basis in the secure underground parkade.

HOUSE RULES
No smoking, no parties, no bikes permitted inside units. Minimum booking age of 25. Pets are permitted in the property - please let us know if you are bringing one. A non-refundable one-time pet fee of C$100 (plus tax) will be charged.
