Located on the 7th floor, Beach Club A-706 is a three-bedroom, three-and-a-half-bath Gulf-front condo with beautiful Gulf views.

Living Areas & Bedrooms:



• Balcony access is from both the living room and primary bedroom...perfect for morning coffee or evening relaxation!



• Tile flooring throughout the living areas of the unit, with cozy carpet in all bedrooms.



• Fully equipped kitchen with everything that you could need in your home away from home. The dining table seats six, and there are four barstools at the counter for additional seating.



• Washer and dryer are conveniently located inside the unit.



• Living room has a sofa sleeper for the extra guests.



• Primary bedroom features a king-size bed.



• Second bedroom has a queen-size bed.



• The third bedroom has a queen-size bed.



Clubhouse Amenities (Optional):



• Beach-front community pool with bar/grill and seasonal kids’ entertainment, complimentary morning coffee, fitness center, indoor pool, onsite arcade, sauna, snack bar, spa (additional service fees apply), steam room, tennis courts, and towel service.



• Guests may enjoy the four outdoor tower pools, tennis courts, and food trucks without purchasing clubhouse access.



Clubhouse fee: $55/day/unit (up to $301 for seven days) — payable directly to the Beach Club. Monthly reservations are $100/month per couple.

• Keyless entry for hassle-free check-in and check-out.



• Parking passes $42 each, plus tax. Two passes are automatically applied. Visitor passes $7/day. Notify the office if additional passes are needed. Registration is required for each vehicle.

We had a great stay with comfy beds, spacious rooms and patio decks, and perfect weather. The place was secure and quiet. The kitchen well stocked. Staff was great too. The pool and hot tub were nice touches but the real star was the white-sand beaches just a few steps from the accommodations. We had a few issues but calls to maintenance took care of them. It would also have been nice to explain that amenities cited in the listing, such as racket sports, gym, spa and bicycling were only offered for an additional 55 per person per day. That was way too high.

Excellent Location and Very Nice Unit

The unit was as described and was in an excellent location. Would definitely recommend, beds were comfortable and unit was very spacious with an excellent view of the Gulf of Mexico.No issues with parking, elevators, or beach access as you may get with some of the 'mega' condos down the road.The included activities pass was a very nice addition, round of golf and the fishing excursion were both excellent deals.

Great condo. We didn’t do a lot of cooking in the condo but the kitchen was spacious and fridge was really big so that was great! The rooms were nice and cozy and I loved the black out curtains in each room for sleeping in. We had 8 people and we were comfortable. The condo was clean and we will definitely be back. Amazing stay

This was our first stay at this resort and as soon as we got in the car leaving we were emailing trying to book our stay for next year. Our condo was incredible! The only thing that would have been over the top nice to have would have been an air fryer, a lot of other units had these bc our friends were there. Our kids were heaven. This unit was so clean, beds were incredible, view was breathtaking and we did not want to leave. We actually extended our stay by a day and even that was so easy to do. Everyone on the grounds were pleasant and the kids activities were so cute! I highly recommend staying here!!!

Fantastic Girls Trip

We fell in love as soon as we walked through the door - an amazing spot for the ultimate beach getaway! The beach is footsteps away from the condo with chairs and umbrella available for rent each day. The location is off the beaten path and isolated from the Gulf Shores/Orange Beach night life. If you are looking for a relaxing get away this is it! A few cons - listing what amenities are included in the condo would be helpful (Keurig coffee maker, hair dryers, etc.) Since the location is further away from grocery and retail stores getting necessities prior to check in was a must.

Off the beaten path...

Even though The Beach Club is an immense property with a lot of capacity, due to the rather remote location quite a ways down the beach from the heart of touristville, the beach and surrounding area are considerably less busy. Also, the beach is huge and there are many different pools and things to do on the property, so people really spread out. I hear it can get a bit busier in a few weeks, but our stay in March was great. The unit was not very well stocked, but just be ready. Buy some toilet paper, paper towells, garbage bags, etc. Also, there is only ONE restaurant option which does not require that you get in your car and drive somewhere, so come stocked with food as well.

We had a party of 6 and stayed very comfortably in this condo. Would 100% stay here again. My only advice would be to switch out the living room furniture for a sectional with more seating. After a long day of playing in the sun and sand, relaxing as a family was difficult since there was not enough seating. The condo was spacious, well stocked and very pleasant. Booking was easy and check in/check out went smoothly.

Very nice stay

They property was clean, well taken care of, and up to date. Great quiet location, view and access to the beach. The only downside was the club hours were limited from 9a - 5p and restaurant closes at 3p and was an extra charge when not booking direct with Spectrum Resorts.
