This is the first time we are making our beloved home available on Stayz.
We can’t wait to see our families and celebrate Xmas and New Years together after another tough year of lockdown.
Similarly, we’d like to give other families and friends the opportunity to come together in a place like this to make great memories and bring in what we hope will be a fantastic 2022 for everyone.
Please treat our property with care and respect - we think you’ll really enjoy it here.

Why they chose this property
The property - with the style of a modern European farmhouse - has a substantial citrus tree lined garden, with swings and cubby to entertain the kids, and a large deck and patio dining area overlooking the lawn, perfect for evening drinks.
An adjoining open lounge room and dining space with House of Orange table seating 10-12 make this a great spot for long meals together. Parents can relax knowing the kids are playing happily outside or in the large toy and book filled playroom on the lower level. The kitchen is well appointed with modern appliances, including coffee making facilities and a brand new large Samsung double door fridge freezer.
Large digital television in main room has Netflix, Kayo, Disney and NBN broadband means music can be streamed through the Sonos system. The lounge room has a cosy wood burning fire and radiant heating systems are located throughout the property if the nights get chilly.
Upstairs has two double bedrooms - the master with ensuite and walk in robe - with a large family bathroom with separate shower and freestanding bath. Two additional bedrooms are equipped with two king single beds and a king single. All bedrooms have fantastic storage and ceiling fans. A quality queen air bed and king single trundle can be used to increase capacity for guests. Please let us know if needed beforehand.
The property is peacefully located at the end of a long driveway off the main road, with a large farm gate giving guests total security and ample space for cars and bikes. The entire property is fully fenced meaning peace of mind for parents of young families. A vegetable patch and more fruit trees make up the back of the home. Please help yourself during your stay with us.
Surrounded by trees and with the property boundary hedged, we enjoy an abundance of local birds and wildlife including Kookaburras and Rosellas.
What makes this property unique
The property is located in a family friendly part of the village, close to all local amenities and with excellent local suppliers in walking distance. We are also a short walk to the local sports ground, tennis club and kids playground. All roads in proximity have cycle paths making this the perfect spot for both road bikers and off-road enthusiasts.
There are beautiful trails for walkers and runners and we are conveniently located close to both Mount Eliza Regional Park and Frankston Nature Conservation Reserve.
Mount Eliza has numerous supermarkets, coffee shops, restaurants, bottle shops and local businesses making it one of the state’s most in-demand places to stay. The local sandy beaches are well known for their shallow, crystal clear waters and free parking/easy access - our family favourites are Canadian Bay Beach and Ranelagh. The famous Mills Beach in Mornington is only a 10 minute drive.
The village is located in a perfect spot to explore the entire Mornington Peninsula, with easy access to Red Hill and it’s many famous wineries, and the beautiful beach resorts of Mornington, Flinders, Portsea and Sorrento.
The end of the train line connecting Melbourne to the local area is a 10 minute drive away in Frankston too. Here you can find large department stores and bigger supermarkets.
