Lovely little place backing onto the lake. Nice and open with fantastic views and a really nice undercover deck area. It's a short drive or bike ride into town or a nice leisurely stroll along the sealed track. We normally stay closer in town but enjoyed this place just a much. Great for families, however all the bedrooms are upstairs so for really little ones it may not be ideal. Our kids both loved it, loads of boardgames, movies etc for a couple of wet weather days. Brought the dog along and deck area and small yard was nice and secure.

From the moment we walked through the front door and looked through your the beautiful serene view I knew we’d picked a good one ! The house had everything we needed after camping for nearly a month, a comfy bed, great shower, and did I mention the view from the back deck ? A perfect place to base yourself for a few days, but we wished it was longer . Thank you .

Great location, and beautiful outlook. The house was so clean and warm. Very comfortable beds. It had nearly everything you needed, except for another separate toilet. If someone is in the shower you have to hang on.

This is our 3rd stay. The home is well appointed and comfortable, we always feel right at home, with everything we need. A well equipped kitchen and BBQ and expansive deck area is just perfect for relaxing. We love taking our kayak and paddleboard out onto the lake. It is quiet here, nice to watch the birds and enjoy the scenery. A short bike ride to Dolphin Point for some whale watching, or keep riding to Narooma. The bike path is another great reason to stay here, and on return, pop into Big Niles micro brewery just up the road. Will stay again.

The house is a little sanctuary by the lake. From the moment you arrive, it feels thoughtfully set up and genuinely welcoming.There are so many extra items that make it feel like home. If you forget something, chances are Jeannie has already thought of it. It is also a wonderful place for dogs, with a huge area for playing and swimming.The beds are very comfortable, with quality linen and towels throughout. We would definitely stay again.

Amazing location

We couldn’t have picked a better place to stay for our family and pooch. The outlook was beautiful and we all loved the easy access to the waterfront. The bike path into Narooma was a great way to explore the area. Can’t wait to go back.
