Welcome to Pier Pleasure II, a modern bayfront stilt home located directly on Copano Bay. This 3-bedroom, 2-bath retreat comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests and is a great fit for families, friends, fishing trips, and extended coastal stays.

The main living area is open and comfortable, making it easy for everyone to gather. The fully equipped kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, island seating, and everything needed for preparing meals during your stay. The dining area and living room flow together, with a large TV that is perfect for movies, relaxing, or watching your favorite sports team.

Sleeping arrangements include:
• Primary bedroom with a king bed and en-suite bathroom
• Two guest bedrooms, each with a queen bed
• Queen sleeper sofa in the living room
• Two full bathrooms
• Sleeps up to 8 guests

The primary bathroom includes a dual vanity and a spacious walk-in shower. The two queen bedrooms share the home’s second full bathroom.

Outside, enjoy coffee, cocktails, or sunset views from the covered deck overlooking Copano Bay. The private lighted pier is a favorite feature, with overhead lighting and underwater green fishing lights that help attract fish after dark. A charcoal grill is also provided for easy outdoor meals or cooking the day’s catch.

Highly recommend this property for a quiet getaway. Our family of four (two older teen boys) stayed the weekend before most schools are back in session. The beach community was quiet, no rowdy neighbors, and the overall atmosphere of the neighborhood was calm and friendly. The beach house had everything we needed for an stress-free stay. The pier provided excellent fishing opportunities. The porches were perfect for enjoying the bay and the house was just right for the four of us. Town was about an 8 minute drive away. There are plenty of excellent restaurants, boutiques, bait shops for fishing, and gas/ groceries options. My favorite part was not traveling with groceries and, instead, placing a convenient HEB curbside order. One quick round trip later and we were perfectly stocked for the weekend. My only recommendation to have made this vacation 10 out of 10 would be for some better mattresses. The beds were too firm in all three bedrooms. Otherwise, this stay checked every single box. Regardless of the mattresses, we would book this stay again in a heartbeat. 9.5 out of 10 from our family.
