Clean house, perfect location!

We have vacationed in AMI the last few summers and this is by far our favorite rental! Check in was easy, house was super clean, and you can’t beat the location! So close to the beach AND walking distance to several of our favorite restaurants. The only “bad” things were the beach chairs were in very rough condition and the pool wasn’t vacuumed.

Perfect!

Everything was absolutely perfect! The house was clean, kitchen well stocked (but kitchen utensils, pans, and coffee pot could use some updating) updated appliances, pool was nice and heated. The beach was so close, you could see it across the street :) Would definitely stay here again!

The Perfect House + Location

What an amazing property!! We had the best time visiting Anna Maria Island, all thanks to our time staying at Sea La Vie! From a location perspective, it was so close to walk to the beach (stunning beach), the shops, and local eats! Within minutes of highly recommended places (The Ugly Grouper, Hurricane Hanks, The Doctor’s Office, etc.) and it was a short drive/golf cart ride to either side of the island! We will be coming back to make even more amazing family memories :)

The host was great. We were excited to get to the house. Extremely disappointed in the pool. Called ahead of booking. Guaranteed the pool was heated to 85 degrees. It was only 65 degrees! The last day before leaving it did get to 80 degrees. It wouldn’t have been so bad had I not called before booking and confirmed it. House was fine and as shown. Just felt lied to just to get me to book.

Hi, Thank you for your review and we appreciate your feedback. We do our best to make people aware of our terms signed on the rental agreement that reads "For your comfort, our pools are heated to a consistent 80°F. Please be advised that our pool heating system is subject to ambient weather conditions. If the air temperature drops below 60°F, the pool heaters will automatically shut off and will remain off until the air temperature rises to 60°F or above." Unfortunately, the week that you and your family visited, it was unusually cold which is why the pool temperature couldn't hold. We apologize if you felt lied to and would never mislead our guests. We do everything we can to make people aware of this and fortunately, the majority of the winter months are warm enough so the pool pumps can keep up! We are happy you enjoyed the house and hope you had a great time on the island! Sincerely AML vacation rentals

Great house

Beautiful house that was perfect for our family of 5. House was super clean and easy walk to the beach. The wagons were perfect for carting our beach stuff and our littles. Only "complaint" is lack of beach chairs/umbrella. We flew in so couldn't bring any with us and the chairs provided were in pretty bad shape/ super small. Overall great house and location and would definitely come back!

wonderful spot!!

This was the perfect spot for our family to gather from far and wide and enjoy a real holiday! We first came to Anna Maria many years ago and we hadn't been back in ten years. The house had everything we needed and the kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans and everything else. Beds were comfy, appreciated the three bathrooms and the backyard was beautiful. I hope we can come back before another ten years goes by.

Great Home!

Sea La Vie is a great home in a fantastic location. The house as been updated with 3 large bedrooms, comfy beds and new furniture. The backyard is lovely with lots of palm trees and a private pool. A beach wagon is provided as well as beach towels. A quick and easy walk to the beach. Just around the corner from a few restaurants, liquor store and ice cream shop. Alyah in the managing office was a pleasure to work with!

2022 Vacation

We had a wonderful vacation at Sea La Vie in August! The home was perfect for a weeks stay with my elderly parents! It was such a blessing for them not to have to worry about any stairs. The only suggestions is hanging racks/hooks in the bathrooms. The beds were incredibly comfortable and the area of the home was super quiet with easy access to the beach. We loved the shabby beachy feel of all the home decorations.

Need to add

Under equipped; need rugs at doors, pavers over rock to walk on to pool, not enough indoor hanging hooks, kitchen ok but no extras ( salt/pepper, coffee filters etc, need a mop, an outdoor shower is a must for a beach house (none)

Hi Debra, We appreciate your review and feedback. It helps us make improvements for future guests. Our property owners take great pride in their houses and I do know that they were there after the hurricane and replaced all the door mats, so there should have been 5 total in the house. I apologize that there was not a mop and we have addressed this. Your health is important to us and for your safety we’re unable to leave items such as coffee filters, spices, and cleaning supplies between guests, as they cannot be properly disinfected. We appreciate you renting through Anna Maria Life and truly hope that you all had a great vacation on AMI. We hope to hear from you on your next trip to the island! Beautifully Renovated Home 1 Block From the Beach.

Sea La Vie is a one story home with a private backyard, gas grill and heated pool. . Newly renovated, the house is lovely, the furniture beautiful, has very comfortable mattresses, quality linens and a top notch kitchen furnished with all new cookware! It was such a joy to have a well stocked gorgeous kitchen with everything a cook could possibly need. When going to the beach just a block away, beach chairs are provided along with a wagon and large thick beach towels. This is the perfect smaller home within walking distance to stores and restaurants that will meet all expectations for a wonderful vacation on AMI.

Location location

Can't beat the location. Even closer to beach entrance than it looks. Super convenient to shops. We had a golf cart but loved being able to walk everywhere. AMI was quick to respond to things and I'd definitely rent from them again. The reason for 4 stars is due to the bathrooms and mold smell. For 6 adults it was extremely tight. 2 people cannot fit in the master at the same time. The half bath was handy to have. The house did have a mold smell that never subsided. Recommend getting the ac ducts cleaned or something.

Great location

This house was a really cute house with wonderful landscaping, in a great location, and was fully stocked for what we needed. The common areas in the home are all updated and beautiful. I had to call the rental office about an issue I was having, and they responded and sent someone out very quickly. It was located in a quiet neighborhood that was directly across from the beach. The outdoor area was really spectacular, but unfortunately, the pool itself doesn’t get much sun one way to make the house better would’ve been to include a full length mirror. Also, two people cannot get ready in the master bath at the same time. It is tiny! That being said, the house met our needs, and we really enjoyed ourselves.
