Situated at the base of South Ridge, Merrill Brook Condos may be one of the newer and more compact complexes at Sunday River, but don't underestimate the 32-unit community. Despite its size, Merrill Brook offers guests a central location, providing convenient and direct access to restaurants, a food court, equipment rentals, retail options, and ski school facilities. Step outside your door and hop onto the Chondola or the Sunday River Express lifts to explore any of the 7 peaks at Sunday River. Since all units are individually owned, there may be slight variations in the amenities and equipment provided in each.
