Want to enjoy the Colorado sunshine? The side yard offers a patio with BBQ grill, outdoor dining area and large Hot tub for relaxing. Walking distance to downtown Grand Junction, Lincoln Park, Grand Mesa University, and the world-famous Colorado River, and a short bike ride to the Lunch Loops mountain bike trails. A short drive to the Colorado National Monument, Mountain biking trails, and Palisade wine tours.
