Beautiful beach vacay

Townhome was roomy, clean, and comfortable. Less than half mile walk to beach. Walkable to shops, restaurants, and grocery store. Ample parking. Nice, new appliances including washer and dryer. Pool is lovely with pleasant water temperature, and plenty of lounge chairs. Neighborhood is great for walking with lots of friendly people out and about. I highly recommend this townhome and hope I can stay here again soon.

Just what we need!

I found this property at the last minute. We stayed there for the month of March! It was an absolute pleasure. My husband and I loved the location.A short walk to beaches and restaurants.Exceptionally clean and inviting! Pool was lovely and warm and so were all the residents of this small and quiet community. The home is beautiful decorated and has all the amenities you my want and need. Bicycles, Beach chairs etc… Hope to return over and over again! C and D DeJong

Townhouse in quiet neighborhood

This is a five star a accommodation! ! The townhouse is very well equipped with anything needed to prepare meals. Nice screened in porch and even a rec room. A beach wagon, several chairs and an umbrella are provided. The walk to the beach is about 12 to 15 minutes but easy for us because we are walkers! We had a minor issue with door locks but a maintenance man arrived 15 minutes after we called! One negative and it has NOTHING to do with accommodations or owner…. Some of the permanent residents were rather territorial at the pool. They literally formed a circle in the shallow end so my grandson could not swim.

Can’t wait to return.

We had such a wonderful experience here at sea mist, we don’t even know where to start. The weather has just been incredible, great air and pleasant. The surrounding area is full of kind people, we always got smiles on the street and conversations with strangers. Everything is in walking distance, we had a car but didn’t need one. The area was friendly to the entire family, including our furry friends.__The beach is great, the water was warm and not too wavy. The house is a short walk to the board walk. There is an area with sand sculptures on the beach about a mile away on the board walk. There were also many different kinds of birds living in the area, every walk was an exciting experience. There are great restaurants in walking distance, we recommend crabby on the pass and the pearl.____In terms of the place itself, the internet is very good and reliable, we were able to comfortably work remotely. We set up two full workstations.The house has everything we need and everything is brand new and convenient. The kitchen is large and we were able to host friends that came over. The entire condo has very nice interior design and has a very home-y feel. The bed is comfortable and has all the blankets you could possibly need. We would highly recommend renting this place!
