Unbeatable location. Sun filled and gorgeous outlook over beach. Easy access to all Noosa has to offer. Building full of character but unit 4 a bit dated. Could be improved with a thorough clean and full set of matching crockery and glassware. Overall, location made up for everything.

The Location is perfect and that is what you are paying for. The building itself is rather dated with no AC in bedrooms, and no elevators.
