The house is 30 meters from the beach as the crow flies. On foot, it’s 40 meters from the beach—approximately a 40-second walk—and there’s a boardwalk for pedestrians and cyclists along the waterfront.<br>The house has two floors, a private pool, and a barbecue grill<br>NOTE: WATER AND ELECTRICITY CONSUMPTION DURING THE STAY WILL BE BILLED SEPARATELY.<br><br>After making the reservation, the owner will contact you to collect the renter’s information and send the rental agreement (the agreement is already on the Vrbo page for initial review).<br><br>The house has 4 suites with new split-system air conditioners and a double bed. One of the suites is on the first floor. Two of the suites, in addition to the double bed, have a single bed. It comfortably accommodates up to 12 people in beds. Extra mattresses are available to be placed in the bedrooms to accommodate 4 people in each suite, for a total capacity of 16 people in the house.<br>Fully equipped kitchen with two refrigerators, a microwave, a stove, a water filter, a blender, a sandwich maker, and other kitchen and dining utensils. Laundry area with a washing machine.<br><br>It has Sky TV and Wi-Fi.<br>Located in a gated community in Guarajuba, the PARAÍSO complex, just a 40-meter walk from the beach. The gated community features a bike path, paddle boats, two tennis courts, a volleyball court, three grass soccer fields, a multi-sport court, a playground, and 24-hour security.<br>The house does not have a garage, but it is on a very quiet street where you can park easily and safely within the gated community.<br><br>Pool cleaning and yard maintenance services are included.
