The home exceeded expectations. It was very comfortable and the added touches were amazing. The host responded promptly to any texts. The kitchen has everything that mught be needed. We will book this home anytime we are in thecarea.
The property was so nicely decorated and very comfortable. There were all the appliances you needed as well as extra soap, spices etc. It is quiet, we had coffee outside on the porch. Lots of puzzles and games - we really enjoyed our stay.
Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Hilltop Hideout. Trey was very communicative and even alerted us about upcoming inclement weather. We will definitely be back on our next trip to New Mexico.
The location was wonderful, just outside of Mora. The house was well furnished and had everything we needed for a great stay. The beds were comfortable, the showers were nice, the kitchen was wonderful. The house had plenty of signs and helpful tips throughout to help make the stay better. The host checked in on us throughout the stay and made sure everything was perfect for us. If back in the area, we would definitely stay here again!
This is a very well maintained and equipped mountain cabin. It is just off the main highway, but still secluded and very private. The owner is very attentive and has kept the cabin stocked with just about anything you could possibly need for your stay. It is a short drive to Sipapu ski area. We will definitely be back for another stay.

New Mexico ride 2023
The property is exactly as posted. What a great quiet property, that is centrally located to visit numerous New Mexico hot spots. We chose the location so we could enjoy a week of motorcycle riding in a super great area. I would definitely stay at this property again.
Very clean and quiet property. Great location to see different areas of New Mexico. The driveway is a little sketchy on a motorcycle but its manageable.

Skit trip to Sipapu
This our second year staying at the Hilltop Hideout and again was just perfect. Trey was very communicative. The power was out when we arrived and Trey was easy to get in touch with. Within 30 minutes the power was back on. Highly recommend!!!!
Our family just got home from an amazing and restful stay at Hilltop Hideout. We could not have found a more peaceful place to find rest as a family! The house has everything, all the way down to the smallest detail. We are so thankful for the memories made. If we make it back out to ski again next year (which we hope to do!) this will be our first option for lodging. Highly recommend!
Our time was throughly enjoyed in this beautiful hilltop hideout. Very peaceful and serene views. The cabin is very clean and had everything we needed during our stay. The fireplace kept us warm on chilly nights. The owner Trey was so kind enough to ship an item we had left behind! Great host and stayed in touch. Would love to visit another time. Thanks!

Hunting accommodations
We stayed here for a 9 day hunt. The place was great for our stay. We were able to kick back, relax, and rest up between hunts. The Kitchen had everything we needed including a crock pot and everything else. The Property is remote and big enough we were able to shoot our Bows, process our elk, and able to keep it frozen in their deep freezer until our trip home. Definitely will be staying here again. They host was great in every aspect. Checked in every couple of days and took care of us in every way. I do want to mention. This place is NO hunting shack. This place would be great for year around adventures from hiking to skiing and everything in between.
This home is nestled on a mountain side embraced by the giant pine trees and nature. You become one with nature in this home. The home is well manicured and gives you a warm inviting and peaceful feeling from the moment you walk in. Theres is nothing left to ask for from this home. The owner/manager is detailed oriented and stayed in touch from day one. He showed great care through texts and sharing important information such as the weather with us as he knew we were coming in late. He was prompt to answer and courteous with us as we drove in from Houston Tx. We enjoyed Taos, Angel Fire and Hatches restaurant in Mora. We fell in love with the rich culture of New Mexico and its people. Truly Enchanted. Great experience! 💯
