We spent 5 nights here. It was a great location for us - easy walk to town and convenient parking for our car which we used to get to hiking locations. Access to a washer/dryer was also nice. We would definitely come back to Leadville and stay here again!

We enjoyed staying in this unique condo. We loved the spacious bedrooms, high ceilings, and large windows. The 1 1/2 baths were a bonus for us. The location was convenient being only few blocks from the main street. The condo had all the amenities we needed, and the owner was very responsive.

Great property! Parking was super easy, and had plenty of room for us and all our gear. The washing machine in the hallway made it super convenient to throw in hiking and biking clothes.Downtown was only a few minutes away by foot, so was easy to explore. Definitely recommend if you're headed to Leaville!

The place is full of cobwebs, shower drain was slow enough that the tub was filling up slowly, and the chair in the front room is broken with the seat portion sitting in the floor. The heat was all or nothing, but it’s a very old building and only so much you can do about that. I won’t hold it against you too much.

Comfortable, modern condo in downtown Leadville

The condo is in a neat old school building, with modern refinishing. It has high ceilings, wood floors, and lots of brickwork. The 2 bedrooms are large and comfortable, and the kitchen was well-equipped. The living area is small, but we didn't use it much anyway, since we were just there for an overnight stay. The condo is convenient to many restaurants, and was close to our mountain bike race venue. We would definitely book here again in the future.

This was a historic building that was modernized inside. The tall ceilings and exposed brick made it very up-scale looking. It was very clean and bright. The check- in process was very complicated, however. After we found the building, it probably took another 45 min to get into our rooms. You really do have to read their multiple pages of documents.

Very clean. WiFi password is not easily found and the QR code to get it required registration - which wasn’t working well because I had to use cellular to connect. Then after registration the “service” couldn’t find my reservation. We emailed host who did reply but we’d figured out the situation by looking at the router. Would highly recommend the host make this easier. The property was very clean and had what we needed. More wash clothes would be helpful. 2 per person, per night. Lovely historical building within walking distance to restaurants and shopping. Nice park close by for kids.

Property met our needs

The property was clean and a nice space for two people. The extra layer of having to download an app to check in was cumbersome. It went down to 40 at night, and we had trouble warming the place up, but once we figured it out, it was fine. The place is centrally heated apparently. The washer/dryer was located in the hall, but we had no trouble accessing the appliances. We couldn’t find recycling bins on the property. The bedrooms were nice and roomy. Our bed was comfortable. Leadville is magical.
