There were some errors with the air conditioning and hot water but they fix it

Only faults we found, dead gecko in the master bedroom, spot mold on master toilet seat lid, instruction manuals for appliances were not in an obvious place which we found after googling how to use the oven. Hot water system manual would have been helpful.
