Inside, the bright corner unit living area is surrounded by large windows that fill the condo with natural light and showcase the beachfront setting. The second bedroom offers a queen bed and its own flat-screen cable TV. A second full bathroom also features a walk-in shower.

Ocean Sands 1108 includes free WiFi, cable television in the living room and both bedrooms, central heating and air conditioning, ceiling fans, an in unit washer and dryer, free local calls, bed linens, bath towels, and check-out housekeeping service. Guests are encouraged to bring their own beach towels. This is a non-smoking and pet-free vacation rental.

Ocean Sands offers direct access to Madeira Beach, a heated Gulf front swimming pool, a jetted spa, a spacious beachfront sun deck, poolside restrooms, an outdoor shower, tiki huts, a charcoal grilling area, shuffleboard, secured lobby entrances, elevators, and stairs. The resort is conveniently located within walking distance of local restaurants and shops, with John’s Pass Village & Boardwalk, watersports, fishing, and other Madeira Beach attractions nearby.

A $100 parking fee per vehicle is required by the Ocean Sands homeowners association and must be paid directly to the onsite HOA staff upon arrival.

A 14-night minimum stay is required. During peak rental periods, reservations must be booked back-to-back, meaning the departure date must connect directly with the next reservation’s arrival date. Maximum occupancy is four guests. Check-in begins at 4:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM.
