The condo was VERY clean and comfortable—lots of bright light! The small kitchen had everything we needed, and we enjoyed a beautiful sunset while eating dinner out on the closed in porch! The only negative aspect of our stay was the beach. The material used in the recent beach restoration is nothing like the sandy IOP beaches we have grown to love over the years. It doesn’t have a beachy feel until you get right down to the water, and it’s impossible to walk barefoot across the 300 yards of compacted crushed shells down to the actual shore. We appreciate the need for restoration and understand it will soften overtime, but it was disappointing. It would detour us from staying at Port ‘O Call again.

We have stayed in this unit before and love it, especially since the bathroom has been updated! The view is awesome and the access to the beach and pool are steps away. We love all that Isle of Palms and Wild Dunes Resort offer to guests. Also so close to Charleston for a change of scenery or dinner. I can guarantee we will be back!

View was spectacular! Place was super quiet even at peak summer season. Spotless and comfortable. Kitchen is tiny, which was fine for us since we don’t cook on vacation, but if you plan to prepare meals, only one person can manage at a time. Beach reclamation started while we were here, but hadn’t reached us by the time we left, so it wasn’t an inconvenience. Would definitely return.

This is a well maintained and clean unit. The only suggestion I have is to replace the mattress,my husband had to sleep on the couch. He said there was a hole on his side of the bed. I agree that it just worn out. Other than that we enjoyed our stay.

This little condo was a perfect get away for me and my husband. It was immaculate with updated furnishings.The view was beautiful. Just a short distance to the beach and pool. The host was reached easily and responded quickly. We will definitely stay here again.

Spring break stay

This was our second year at this property. We love it here! Beautiful views, clean and roomy condo. Communication with host is great. Location is wonderful; the gated beach community along with the short drive to mount pleasant and Charleston.

Family visit.

Perfect place to stay and enjoy the ocean while visiting my daughter and her family in nearby Mt. Pleasant. The apartment is immaculate and has everything one needs.

This was a wonderful get away for 2. The property was clean and neatly furnished and I loved the decor. Kitchen had all appliances needed for cooking and dining at the property.

This 2nd floor condo has beautiful unobstructed beach views and it is just steps away from the beach!! There are rental chairs & umbrellas available.Unit is clean..fresh..bright and nicely decorated. The kitchen is well equipped with all the necessities plus both a drip & pod coffee maker..ice maker works well!! The elevator is conveniently located and there are luggage carts available. The refrigerator filter needed to be replaced and the property management responded promptly. There is a Harris Teeter Grocery..Great Restaurants & Bars a short drive away.Two things: There are no Beach Towels..luckily we brought towels..chairs..umbrella & cooler.....Technically this condo does sleep 4 but not comfortably..The sofa bed mattress is very thin and very uncomfortable. I had to put sofa cushions of top of mattress in order to sleep on it.Otherwise unit was lovely and would definitely rent again!!!

Short get-a-away

My wife and I had previously stayed at the Port O’Call complex development in Wild Dunes (Isle of Palms) and had a wonderful time. Decided we would go again for a quick five day vacation, this time renting a different unit but still within the Port O’Call complex. The units are generally one bedroom with perhaps a pull out sofa option, but they fit our needs perfectly as we generally stay on the beach 80% of the time anyway. The beach is fantastic!

Very relaxing condo to unwind

The condo was perfect for visiting IOP. I had a conference at the resort and had some time to relax and listen to the ocean. Slept most noghts with the door open to hear the surf.

Great Escape

We came down to South Carolina for Thanksgiving. the condo was wonderful. The view was terrific I would sit on the balcony and enjoy my coffee each morning. I look forward to coming again.

Very nice

I would definitely stay here again. It is not crowded and very relaxing. Everything was just like the photos. If your needing to know before you go, they have both k cup and a regular coffee pot.

Great room with a fantastic view

Overall the stay was great and the room was clean. I wish we had known about the beach construction. They were doing construction on the beach with excavators and 30 ton off-highway rock trucks running up and down beach turning it into a road in front of the condo from 8-4:30 M-Saturday which made it hard to walk on the beach.

Beautiful setting just steps from the ocean. Great view of ocean from living room and covered porch. Unit itself was very comfortable for my wife and myself. Area was very quiet, off-season. Host very helpful and responsive. Thoroughly enjoyed our time there.
