The villa is located very close to Lorient Beach, one of the most popular in St Barth. It is a reef protected spot and great for swimming and snorkeling. In the winter, it provides some shade. To the left of the beach is a great surfing spot. It is fun to sometimes watch the hard core surfers catching a wave. It is also just a couple of minutes drive to St Jean Beach and the capital of St Barths, Gustavia is just 5km away.

The villa is furnished with retro 60s style décor and provides guests with stunning panoramic sea views across Lorient bay. The light-filled living area is spacious and opens directly on to the furnished terrace and beautiful pool via two large sliding glass doors.

To the rear of the living room is a separate media room with a top- of- the- line HDTV, Bose surround sound system, and BluRay DVD to keep the whole family entertained.

The stylish kitchen with black countertops has side-by-side SMEG fridge and freezer, a wine cooler and many other convenient amenities. The kitchen is fully equipped to cater for the whole house. If you do decide to leave the santaury that is Villa Nita there is an array of fine dining restaurants close by.

The three luxury bedrooms are beautifully designed and very comfortable. The two main bedrooms which are roughly equal in size and furnishings are located on the either side of the main living area offering privacy and furnished with custom cabinetry and stylish beds from Portugal. The master bedroom is gorgeous and leads out to the terrace offering breath-taking sea views. The third bedroom was recently added.

Just so you can feel totally pampered villa Nita has its own housekeeper six days per week to cater for you needs.
