Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No extra guests after booking has been made unless notified. (Extra charges apply)
There will be extra charge if there has been a party on the premises
If BBQ is not cleaned after use there will be an extra $50 charge If rubbish is not taken out it will incur a $50 fee
