Wedding in Adelaide

We had a great time in this accommodation. It was a great space for 8 adults. All the necessities were within walking distance. The park nearby was great as well

We had a nice stay at this beautiful property with 4 bedrooms that accommodate two families with children. The bedrooms on the bottom floor were adequate for the kids. The location is convenient with a Coles and food just across the street. Two parking spaces are available but the access is tight and the lots just about fit a mid-size SUV.

Overall the apartment was great, plenty of space and pretty well equipped with some food and lots of utensils, plates etc plus most of the kitchen appliances we needed. The location is good, a little hidden (some of our friends got lost) but within walking distance of a shopping mall and the excellent St Peters Bakehouse and Coffee shop. Internet provided was quite fast at around 400Mb/s and a Chromecast was provided with the TVs so were able to watch Netflix, Prime, etc. Two parking spaces were provided under the building but impossible to maneuver our Santa Fe into there so we ended up parking on the street. A Fiat 500 or Volkswagen Golf might be possible but anything larger would be a tight fit. Fairly quiet area, apart from the flock of Galahs living nearby getting noisy around sunset. Heating worked well while we were there although typical to a three story building downstairs was always a bit cold and the upstairs bedroom was hotter than we would have liked (and turning down the A/C didn't seem to have much effect). We spent most of our time in the living area on the second floor and that was perfect. The beds were comfortable and showers were decent with plenty of hot water. The host met us when we arrived and gave us a tour. She was very responsive and friendly so overall would recommend and stay there again given the opportunity.

Townhouse as described

This property is well located and well supplied with items needed during a stay (e.g. kitchenware, towels, iron, laundry). We had 7 adults and 1 child in the space and were not cramped together. Lower level bedrooms smelled damp on entry, however improved with airing out.

Stayed here with our netball team. Couldn’t close a bathroom door and owner arranged a tradesman to fix it the same day (Saturday night). Great piece of mind knowing if anything goes wrong it will be dealt with swiftly.

Adelaide 2024

Potential to be excellent but during our stay it felt tired and a bit shabby in places. Communication with owner was short and blunt. It was clear from all the “do not” instructions that the owners have had problems with their body corporate or had bad visitors in the past.

Simply Beautiful - Thank you

We came to Adelaide from Perth for the first time and chose winter to explore something different to our usual warmer choice of holiday. The trip was amazing and the accomodation made it so easy due to the location being so close to pretty much everything. This house is exactly what you see in the advert and does not let you down at all. Philippa is a great communicator and a fabulous host. The house is beautiful and so lovley to come into, the decorating very modern and everything is clean and extremely user friendly. The thoughtful touches throughout the house of conveniences make it easy to settle in fast and get straight into your holiday. The only thing we would make note of would be is that the downstairs area was quite cold and we found it hard to heat it up even with the split system heating. We actually bought a little heater to warm the lower rooms up that did help a bit (this could possibly be because we are not used to being so cold in WA) We will be back for sure because we loved our stay and were really happy with the entire visit. Its kinda sad to be leaving to be honest. Thank you again Philippa, Lanie & Richard

Great Location, stunning Apartment

This Manhattan Apartment is absolute elegance, tastefully decorated and spotlessly clean. Location is perfect, close to CBD and has a Shopping Centre across the road. Phillippa is a fabulous host and easy to communicate with anytime of the day. The thoughtful gestures were an added bonus and much appreciated. Only negative note would be the heating downstairs was insufficient for the area. I would definitely recommend and revisit this beautiful apartment again. Thankyou Philippa
