This beautiful, luxurious, upscale condominium is located at Regatta II. It is a large unit, with 2100 square feet and a dramatic view of the bay. Wireless internet with fiber-optics is available in the unit. It is a light, airy unit with three bedrooms and three full baths. The large great room is tastefully furnished, contains a flat screen television and opens to a large, furnished lanai overlooking the beautiful Vanderbilt Bay.

The master bedroom has a king bed, TV, its own large bath with double sinks, shower stall, tub, a large walk-in closet and opens to the lanai. The second bedroom has a queen bed, TV, with access to a full bath. The third bedroom has twin beds and it's own bath with a shower stall.

A large fully equipped kitchen with pantry opens to the dining area. There is a separate laundry room in the condominium unit, with a washer, dryer, and sink. There is a storage area with beach towels, chairs and toys.

The condominium is located across the street from the Ritz-Carlton Hotel, and is a short walk to Vanderbilt Beach. Our indoor garage space is closest to the elevator and there is additional parking included. The Regatta is a gated entry building with a security guard. The large, waterfall pool includes an entrance area that is zero depth, a separate reading pool, fitness center, weight room, and jacuzzi. The pool has a grill area and refrigerator where you can store food and drinks. The Condo is close to the Mercato Shopping Center, restaurants, post office, library, tennis courts, Pickelball courts,park, theaters and terrific shopping nearby.

We need 10 day notice to rent the unit in order to get Condo Association Approval. The condo rental is subject to approval of the Lease and Lease Application by the Condo Association. These documents need to be submitted to owner within 14 days of lease contract.
