Nice getaway place, but know that it is in a very dense “neighborhood” with mobile homes and/or RV’s very close to one another. That said, walking distance to beach and private pool. Beautiful area and beaches, short drive to fun local restaurants, fishing, etc. Would definitely recommend:)

This was the perfect house for our family of three to stay in during our vacation to the Jensen Beach area! It was very clean and had everything we needed to cook, do laundry, and enjoy our time together.

The place was super clean had lots of extras in it. Great location and very easy. Lots of great Dining and Live Music near by. The entire area is very Clean. The pools are verylarge and the facilities are easy to use.

What a great place to stay! Very clean and comfortable. The attention for all the details to make our stay was appreciated! Kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked. Comfortable beds, beach towels and chairs. The blinds in the master need upgraded as they wouldnt close all the way. Minor detail. We look forward to staying there again! Thank you to our hosts for a great accomodation!

Communications with host were prompt. House was clean and as pictured. Used the pool daily and the beach only on first day due to construction/restoration of the beach causing closure. Ate at restaurant (Saunders) on our last nite and it was delicious!

Convenient pleasant close to both Stuart and Jensen beaches only 10 and 13 minutes away respectively. Clean room pleasant area deliveries come with ease . Like home away from home. Owner very nice

Perfect Location!

This home was very comfortable with all updated appliances and all utensils and products we needed for food prep, cooking, cleanup, laundry, etc. The beds were comfy, and the bedrooms had plenty of storage. There were good quality beach chairs available to us, and a golf cart that you can rent (which we did.) The home was not far from the entrance of the Park and close to Park activities as well. The private pool across the street is great and offers easy access to the Atlantic Ocean and beach which was never crowded. The host was helpful and responsive. Be sure to visit Conchy Joe's for drinks, appetizers, and dinner - it's just before the bridge that goes over the causeway. Also, Shuckers restaurant and many others close by on the Island. We would definitely stay again!

Great location for families

Very cozy place. Comfortable furniture and beds. Pics are accurate. Very friendly neighbors. The island feels very safe and is well maintained. Lots to do for kids and families, although my family stayed mostly at the beach. There is even a space for church service on the island on Sundays. We go to a Florida beach every year. This is our favorite beach on the east side of Florida. Very clean. Nice sand, yet shells are found. There is a large pool on the island as well and a pool on the Nettles beach area. Both are well maintained and have bathrooms. The owner is very nice and responsive.

Couples get away

We enjoyed our stay. The contact person (Mary) was very helpful. We had a storage issue but Mary helped resolve the problem. Hurricane Ian was approaching & they had to put up the storm shutters. We had to leave a day early because sever weather. Property was a little smaller than expected but overall we had a nice stay.

Awesome experience!

We loved staying here! It was perfect for us. It was quiet and clean. We loved that it was close to many activities. The nearby beach is beautiful and the water is warm. This place had everything we needed from boogie boards and beach chairs to a wide selection of kitchenware to make a yummy dinner. It has modern appliances and cute personal touches. The neighborhood grocery store is lacking some, but bigger grocery stores are near by. We didn't check out the neighborhood amenities but we met a few neighbors and they were really nice. The owners, Matt and Mary were wonderful to work with and very communicative. There was a small glitch with the TV signal and Matt troubleshoote
