Perkin Lodge

Perkin Lodge is a family-friendly home with 3-bed rooms, 2 bathrooms, full kitchen, dining room, grand living room with a wood fireplace, open loft area, tv room, and mudroom (washer and dryer are located on the main level). The house is situated on a 1/4 acre lot on a quiet street a couple of blocks from downtown Invermere, walking distance to restaurants, bars, grocery, and liquor stores. At the end of the road is the hockey and curling arenas and summer farmers' market. Also, there are multiple Lake Windermere beaches within a 10-minute walking distance. PerkinLodge is a short drive to Panorama and Fairmount Ski Resort, World Class Golf courses, and Natural Hot spring pools.

Our stay at the Perkin Lodge was perfect for our group. Close to town, enough rooms and space for us. Host responded quickly when we had questions. If we are back in the Invermere area, we would stay here again.

This is a large house, and has 2 bathrooms which was great for our group. Overall , everything was great, theres laundry machines and a patio with a BBQ. We could walk to most places , its a great central location. My husband had to clean the bbq as it started a fire from the grease the first time he used it. There were a number of burnt out lights and there was food left in the freezer. These are minor deficiencies and outside of these, we really enjoyed our stay.

Fantastic Stay

Great location, close to downtown shops. Lots of living room, great outdoor space and a peaceful and quiet neighbourhood. We really enjoyed our stay and wouldn’t hesitate booking it again!!!

Perfect house, perfect location!

We loved our stay at Perkins Lodge! The house was inviting, spacious, and had everything we needed to feel at home. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood with little traffic but no more than a 5-minute walk from Main Street and a 10-minute walk to the beach. We had sunrise and sunset views over the mountains. A great place to stay and highly recommend!

Amazing property close to Eagle Ranch golf course. 5 minute walk to all shops. Gorgeous place to stay with friends or family. Chris and Jenny communicated very well and our stay was flawless. 10/10.

Perfect Family Venue

Overall property was perfect for our family. Walkable to majority of services. Rustic lodge theme impressed our kids from Spain. Internet could be improved if moved from basement to main floor. Host was very responsive. Would definitely rent this property again.

Perkins Lodge provided ample space for our entire family and was conveniently located, making it the perfect spot for our gathering, especially since we were coming from different towns. Christopher was quick to address any questions or needs we had. Our grandchildren had a wonderful time enjoying the backyard play gym and the upstairs room filled with puzzles, books, and rocking horses. We also really enjoyed spending warm evenings relaxing out on the deck.

We very much enjoyed staying at this house. It was in a great location and walkable to stores and restaurants. Nice Place - Great Location

It was a nice place and great location. Our check in time was delayed (~ 2 hours) checking in due to the property owner's cleaners double booking. The owners were very apologetic and accommodating.
