Why they chose this property
Karma Tara Residency is a new venture from Karma Tara and Sons. With over 40 years of experience in the service industry Karma Tara and Sons, now extends the values of warmth and goodness of their business practice in the hospitality industry. The family patriarch’s, Karma Tara, first home in Kathmandu after migrating from Manang, a remote Himalayan community in North Western Nepal, has now been converted into a multi-unit residential living space. The house is symbolic of the values that success can be achieved with perseverance and hard work. Today the house is remodeled to cater to contemporary living and features all the required facilities. You will still find many of the original features, including the handcrafted wooden door at the entrance, the pine tree in the front yard, stoned walls and clear stained glass walls along the stairways.
