We have used short term rentals before and had great experiences, but this is THE WORST experience we have had. Don’t stay here if you want to actually sleep. There is crashing noises, running sounds, and yelling/fighting well into the late hours of the night. The bedroom is a fire hazard with no window, and the heating vents feed the suite with cigarette smoke/mould smells.
The host didn’t supply arrival details or check in procedures. We had to prompt them for entrance key details. We received no warning about the multiplex construction right outside the suite door.
They have no hospitality sense what do ever. The place smelled horribly upon arrival, we think it’s mold?. There was also no warning that they are cigarette smokers.
We heard running and crashing and domestic disputes with yelling and screaming until 11:45pm on first night. After asking to have quiet after 10pm, they were noisy until 10:55pm, and did laundry the second night until 1am, and the laundry machines are located right next to our suite. My husband couldn’t take the noise so he left to sleep on a friends couch the third night. The noise level was not improved the third night, the host settled around 1am. The noise were running, shouting (spousal yelling again), and dropping things.
There is so much more bad things we could say but we have ran out of space. I do don’t recommend this place to anyone, just disgusting and didn’t get any sleep. If I could give a zero star I would.
