Nicely decorated cute house within 10 minutes of everywhere we wanted to explore. Kitchen is stocked with utensils and cooking equipment, bathroom had plenty of towels, etc. We had a couple minor issues and the host had her team there within 30 minutes and all was addressed to our satisfaction. Altogether we would recommend this house to anyone that wanted a home away from home in a spot that is conveniently located to all that the area has to offer.

2022 Mardi Gras Vacation

Our daughter is a softball pitcher and her coach is in Muscle Shoals. We knew we didn’t want to cram into a hotel for a week. I came across this quaint little house! It was perfect for our family! Everyone had their own space! And I love that the only tv is in the living room! The kids had NO choice but to spend time with us parents😏

Mixed Review

Given incorrect information on start up instructions: Wi-Fi was incorrect. Unit was not ready. We got there late and the cleaning team was there (however, they gave us the Wi-Fi). Shower still had hair remaining. Toilet lid would not stay up by itself. No TV remote, could not watch TV. Screen Door would not close (rod bent), The kitchen was updated and the reason we rented the house (in town to host Mom's birthday party) Everything worked and it good space (dishwasher did stink). Bedrooms were fine. The location is great; convenient to anything in Florence.

They wanted to personally respond with the following: -During the time of your visit, the homeowner informed us that they were engaged in cleaning activities, which might have caused a temporary inconvenience. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused and appreciate your understanding. -In terms of the WiFi situation, we would like to clarify that a new WiFi system had been recently installed. Although the information had not been updated in the book, a sign was posted to inform guests about the new WiFi details. We apologize if this was not immediately apparent during your stay. -Regarding the door issue, our thorough investigation has revealed that the door had not been bent before your arrival. We hold the safety and well-being of our guests and property in high regard, and we have implemented house rules to ensure a pleasant and secure environment for everyone. It was truly disappointing to discover that the door had been inadvertently left open, resulting in the damage caused by the storm. We pride ourselves on giving people a wonderful experience and are happy that the vast majority of reviews from guests reflect this as their experience.

Updated Needed to improve future guests

We had a nice stay. There just needs to be some updates to the home. The living room ceiling fan came out of the ceiling. The secondary bedroom sheets had holes in them and need to be replaced. The ceiling fan and light did not work in that room. The attic, is extremely hot, we couldn’t get it to cool down even with the two units. I think it would probably bc okay any other time than summer. When the house is rented again, I would also have the bedding cleaned. It felt like it hadn’t been used in a very long time so critter got in there. I’m sure it’s just normal for an older home. The house was decorated very nice. If it were my own home, I would recommend having ir professional painter repaint. It would look amazing if it was!

This property was exactly as described—no surprises.

We arrived in town for a family wedding. The manager had sent us check-in instructions prior to arrival—simple! We loved the property and have no recs (1 light bulb was out!). Check-out was easy as well. Great experience.

Comfortable place

Comfortable beds and living area. Nice kitchen and basic needs provided. Enjoyed our stay while our family visited the Helen Keller home, Music Hall of Fame and other places in area! Lots of good places to eat in Florence! Thanks!

Great stay in Florence

We had such a great experience at our stay in Florence, house is equipped with all needs. Stacy and her team are so sweet and make sure to text and check in to make sure we have everything we needed. House is centrally located, close to the mall, food and other shopping centers!
