This cottage features peek-a-boo water views from the large stone patio. A short stroll around the community of cottages reveals a fantastic view of the Cove with dock access.

Walking into the house you step through the sun room with a comfortable couch into the living room and kitchen area. Off the living room are the bathroom and two bedrooms–one with a Queen bed and one with two Twin beds. The high ceiling gives the space a wonderful open feeling. Whether you are cooking a meal in the kitchen or watching a movie on the couch after a long day in the sun you will feel right at home while at Sun Cove.

Outside the home is the perfect place to enjoy the beautiful Cape Cod weather. Whether you are enjoying a leisurely breakfast on the custom patio, strolling to the dock to get a great view of the town cove, or rinsing off a day of sun and sand in the spacious outdoor shower behind the house, there is as much to enjoy outside of this home as inside!

Eastham is home to a variety of beautiful Cape Cod Bay beaches like First Encounter and Campground Beach, as well as the ocean beaches of the Cape Cod National Seashore, like the famous Coast Guard Beach and Nauset Light Beach. Eastham is also home to a variety of fantastic bars and restaurants.
