We enjoyed our stay. Had a small hiccup with pool not being heated when we first got there but it was quickly resolved and we enjoyed the nice warm pool. Would stay again. Management is very responsive

Anytime we needed something or if a problem came up, the host was there asap. The house does need little things fixed but overall it was very nice and clean.

To start when we arrived the living room floor was dirty with stains on it, and the upstairs bedroom had stains on the bedding with dead bugs on it so I reached out looking for something to clean the floor and they offered to come back and clean the floor and bring fresh bedding so a few girls came and cleaned the floor. The property manager stopped by with new quilts for the beds upstairs and a few extra towels. The bathroom upstairs vent didn’t work, the sink was plugged, handle in the shower was stripped out, showerhead also barely had any pressure This made one shower out of commission since the pressure was so bad.The pull out bed in the office shouldn't be listed as a possible place to sleep, horrible mattress. Many kitchen tools broken. Pans are warped so can't cook with them. The fridge ice maker didn't work. The stove took forever to preheat. There is also parts of the flooring sticking up/trip hazard. Was only one roll of TP in each bathroom.Almost every door was dirty, We encountered a few cochroaches in the livingroom. House needs a real deep cleaning. the lights over the kitchen island. We got a noise complaint at 840pm, the fridge states 10pm quiet time. Beautiful house just not maintained/cleaned very well. I found myself continuously needing to clean before we could use things, not much time to relax

Couldn’t have asked for anything more. Beds were comfortable, pool was perfect. Nice open concept so everyone could hang out together. 10/10 recommendation.

This place is very spacious and great if you have multiple families staying together. It was clean and our kids really enjoyed the pool. It could use a little care for small fix ups (broken shades, broken handles, or legs on nightstands, small holes in the wall, remotes need batteries, etc). But overall, it met our needs. My only suggestion would be to include some more basic items in the kitchen, (mixing bowls, measuring cups, reusable Tupperware, etc.). Thanks for letting us stay!

Wonderful property

Our family had a wonderful time. The house was large and well furnished and the heated pool was fantastic. There are big screened tvs in almost every room. All eleven of us had a most enjoyable time.

BEST VACATION EVER!

Our family just truly loved this vacation home! There were 13 of us having a post-Thanksgiving weekend with plenty of room to spread out. The kids enjoyed the games that were made available and us adults enjoyed the cozy atmosphere. Can't wait to visit again in the summer and bring our boat!. Thanks for hosting such a lovely home.

AMAZING HOME!!

We thoroughly enjoy staying at this property! Everything was exactly as pictured and absolutely gorgeous! We especially loved the pool and the bonus area upstairs. Great location, next door to Publix with decent restaurants nearby. We had a few questions and the Evolve team was quick to respond. Check in and check out was seamless. Looking forward to booking here again!

Good stay

The place was big for our group of 12 people. Open concept kitchen and the fire place outside was very nice. Couple suggestion would be to update the photos of the listing and replace the “king bed” on the second floor with actual king bed because when we stayed there it was two beds pulled together. The house could have been more prepared for our big group but the manager responded to my call quickly and provided us with the requested items.

A great house

Had a great stay! Lived in the pool! It was very warm! House was clean, and had everything we needed. Description doesn't say anything about a washer and dryer, so we packed with that in mind. Come to find out there is one there so bonus! Just needs to be added to description. The house really was beautiful and in a great neighborhood. We would definitely stay here again.

Mediocre

House was not cleaned before we arrived on Christmas. Would be nice if all that was stated on the advertisement was true. Many amenities were not there that were advertised and had to purchase many items ourselves to make our stay enjoyable.

Amazing property & fantastic hospitality

Such an AMAZING property and management company!!! The home and ease of everything was wonderful! Everything was well supplied and great location. Pool was warm on chillier nights and refreshing during the day. Dwayne from the management company was responsive and helpful. There were 2 times we needed assistance with simple matters (couldnt find a plug, etc). He was on top of it and kind. FYI...the owner's suite jaccuzzi tub had the temp labels reversed (may hv been adjusted after our stay). That was the only issue we came across, which speaks to how AMAZING of a property this is.
