This is a great property in an excellent location however the interior is looking a little “tired”. Many of the cupboard doors do not close properly and would benefit from a cabinet maker’s attention. The lounge can only seat 4/5 people in a house designed for up to 8.The lower staircase would benefit from a hand rail and is a potential hazard for older people and children. The fan in the lower bedroom was very noisy. The internet/ Foxtel/ tv reception was very poor which may be a local issue or poor setup.Otherwise the house is great but would be so much better with some attention particularly as this is in the upper end of the market. The agents were great to deal with.
