Very nice house in a quiet neighborhood. There are restaurants, coffee shops and a grocery store within 5 minutes, and it’s just a short drive to New Braunfels. I highly recommend this place!

Family visit

We have family in the area but couldn’t stay at their house, but this was a perfect substitute. The house was in a great location, well stocked with the basics, clean, and spacious. I would stay there again in a heartbeat!

Friends wedding

Perfect location to float river!

House was a 10/10! Only a couple of minutes from the river, so it made getting off the river and getting back very easy! House was spotless, had tons of room! Hot tub and backyard were the perfect hangout area! Will for sure rent this same place again!

Great River Retreat

This is one of my favorite places I’ve stayed in the NB area. The house was clean and comfortable. The hot tub was nice although I feel it could have been better maintained. The house was close to several tubing outfitters which was also nice. Overall, We were all very pleased with this home and will most definitely be back. Thank you owners for allowing us to stay in your home.

Family Time

This is a beautiful home in a peaceful neighborhood. It has a very cozy backyard perfect for relaxing. Only downside was 26 to 30 minutes from stores, restaurants and things to do. However you will be close to the lake and we found a really good BBQ stand on the side of the road.

Clean and comfortable

Very nice property. Good price and very clean. Only down side is that there is only streaming tv. No local channels. Neighbors were a bit noisy. Beds were comfortable.

Our experience was extremely wonderful

Everything was beautiful and so clean. All cooking accessories, grilling stuff, and towels for the jacuzzi were successful. I suggest checking the drainage in the second bath (hot tub). It was so slow down or maybe is clogged.

Friends Weekend River Floating

4 educators meet up for some summer fun! We had a fabulous time in the Mint Julep. The property is new and so pretty! It’s6 minutes from Canyon Lake and not far from Guadalupe. There is a pristine hot tub and the backyard is a paradise. We are not fans of dogs, but there was blonde dog hair all over the couch and hair in the master shower that didn’t belong to us. Other than that, everything was great!
