The spectacular views from this home were unreal! You feel on top of the world. This was ideal for two friends on a writing retreat, although the bedrooms are very different- one small with a twin bed and adjacent powder room, the other huge with a king size bed, walk-in closet and large bathroom. It worked out for us. Lots of privacy, a great kitchen, two dining areas and the separate office shed was perfect for setting up our separate workspaces.

Good stay! Beautiful view. Only suggestion would be a covered outdoor seating area and comfortable chairs.

Response from VrboOwner on 24 Sept 2025
From the Owner: "Thank you for your response and your helpful feedback. We also hope to have a shaded outdoor area soon. We’ve been working on creating a covered space, but the strong winds from the Hood Canal have made it challenging. Shade cloths and umbrellas we’ve tried in the past were unfortunately torn or blown around, so we are still looking for a safe and lasting solution."
