Las Playitas San Felipe Rental — Casa Vista del Mar is a beautiful 4-bedroom San Felipe Vacation Rental located in the Las Playitas community. As you enter the community, you'll feel welcomed. This 4-bedroom rental is right across the street from a convenience store, making it easy to grab snacks, drinks, and essentials during your stay.

Entering the home, you are introduced to a wide living room area with lots of space for all guests. Off to the right is the kitchen, equipped for all cooking and dining necessities. This San Felipe Vacation Rental features four bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king-size bed with huge spaces and features a full bathroom. The second bedroom is huge and has plenty of room for extra air mattresses. The third bedroom is very big as well, almost like a second living room, and features 2 full-size sofa beds. There is sleeping for 8 guests. If you bring two airbeds, four more guests are welcome for a maximum occupancy of 12 guests.

As you walk through the living room area, you'll get to a back door which leads to an enormous backyard patio — lots of space for a big family cookout, not to mention the BBQ and the seated areas. This San Felipe Vacation Rental is just a couple of blocks from your own private beach and a five-minute drive to the San Felipe Malecon. Guests provide all towels. Check-in is from 3PM to 8PM.
