Amazing stay!!

We enjoyed the house! The pool was amazing; as well as the jacuzzi! Everything was very clean. It would be an option if we returned to Richardson for another stay!

We had to consistently run and maintain the dehumidifier on the back porch; it probably needs a bigger holding tank (if possible) for the amount of humidity. Several outlets were faulty and caused the master suite lights to not work for most of the trip. It really is a nice, clean, safe home - these were very slight inconveniences.

When we arrived I looked in the window as the code was not working. I saw a half hung window treatment in the kitchen window. We have rented numerous houses before. When we finally got in we noticed a whole list of problems, We wrote them down. Toilet in bathroon rocked loose, wood under stairs falling down, faucets in master bath all were loose.Kitchen had rusted pans in the draws, broken bowls, a cracked glass, the oven was greasey and dirty, There was a open pipe in the ground a trip hazard,The outside play fort was broken with nails sticking out, the yard around the pool was in disrepair, There were toys in the pool, the pool had dirt and rocks in it. the same with the hot tub rocks sand and dirt. there was plants looked terrible not trimed and weeds all over, bricks and debris and pool pole.rotted wood on house. Had the pool maintenence guy come but only after telling him the place was nasty. There is a dead tree with dead limbs hanging that drops leaves like crazy into the pool. The hot tub room had a dehumidifer thats hose was placed out the window. water does not go uphill. it was full of water and mold. I cleaned it. the screens for the backroom were off and laying in the yard. Not all TV's worked like they said. The last 2 days wife started having problems when we took our departing photos we saw black mold in the spa room all over the bech. this is what probably made my wife ill. The list is longer an we gave it to the guy. Nothing got fixed just the pool cleaned.

The house was big and beautiful. The pool was amazing. Maintenance could be better as there were paint chippings everywhere including the cub boards., baseboards, stairs. Wall is peeling by the living room window. Lights were missing in the hot tub. Other than that I loved this house. I will stay here again

Location was convenient. The space for a large family was great. The management/caretaker communication was easy. They accommodated a last minute need for us. Otherwise, this house needs a lot of attention. Pictures don’t show the wear and tear. There are some plumbing and electrical repairs needed to be done as well as some cosmetic repairs needed. All was reported and responded to.

House needs attention! Cleaning crews do the bare minimum. Electrical issues throughout, MANY lights do not work, sewer backup on main floor. Lawn not maintained upon arrival.

We showed up and the pool was green. The manager was nice and worked with us to get us into a different place. The house was nice and clean. Pool was not.

Perfect Size for Our Group

We had a group use this property while in town for a conference. It was great to have all of the private bedrooms as well as a common area to debrief their time at the conference. They also used the kitchen to prepare breakfast for several days. While the property was as listed, they were disappointed that it wasn't as clean as they would have expected. They had trouble with the door code when they arrived, but the property manager was able to give them a different code to use.

Beautiful home - needs repairs

Setting & Location was wonderful - we were a little disappointed in maintenance of kitchen equipment- dishwasher never worked even tho they sent repairman who worked on it 2 hrs. Pretty poor quality utensils, pans, etc. Somewhat difficult to reach host.

Good place for a reunion

The house was just as described. The pool and hottub were working great. We did find several things either missing (outdoor cushions), damaged/failed (several lightbulbs, cabinet handles). Overall it was worth the price and a good stay for a large group. Comfortable and clean rooms. A small plumbing issue the manager replied to but wasn’t able to resolve which is understandable as it was a Sunday. I would stay here again as I’m sure the little things will be fixed in time.
