Recently updated with vinyl flooring. No more carpet :). Completely furnished with all cooking utensils and equipment, new fridge, new DW. TV's in both bedrooms and 65" TV in LR; All bedding and towels available. Bathtub in one bathroom; large4 shower in master bath. Endless hot water ! EZ access to 95 and turnpike. Close to Roger Dean Stadium & Gardens Mall, Multitude of Golf courses & miles Endless beaches & warm ocean less than 10 minutes away. Turnpike and I95 are just minutes away.
Check in is preferably btw 4 pm and 9 pm. Additional fee of $100 will be charged for arrivals after 11 pm. Possible to arrange early check in or late check out at time of booking depending on availability. Additional cleaning fee of $65 per week for stays longer than 14 days. Great place to work remotely. 2 bedrooms and large dining table offer places to set up a temporary office. Take a break and enjoy the with Jogging/walking Trails. Olympic swimming pools that are just 5 min walking distance
Burns Rd Rec Ctr also offers Sunday green market. Bring your appetite & enjoy a walking brunch! Our beaches offer free parking & are steps away from the beach; Beach chairs and towels are available in the unit for your convenience. Close to shopping malls, grocery stores, many varied restaurant experiences and churches of all denominations. Downtown at the Gardens host Cobb cinemas as well as a multitude of dining experience to suite any palate. Recline in comfort and order from your seat while watching a movie at Cinepolis-just 10 minutes away. Boat marinas, Juno Beach Pier, and Fishing charters all also within 10 minutes drive.
Eissey Theater, Maltz in jupiter, and Kravis in West Palm all provide live entertainment of theater, dance, & symphonies. The Amphitheater and Fairgrounds host numerous musicians of all genres for a relaxing night under the stars listening to good tunes. Sit outside in the screened in lanai & enjoy a morning cup of coffee or relax after fun-filled day, taking in the beautiful sunsets and feeling the gentle tropical breezes while enjoying your favorite cocktail.

Perfect For Our Family

The owner was friendly and accommodating.This first floor unit had easy access for packing/unpacking, was clean, spacious and had everything we needed for a few days holiday stay. Comfy beds and having two full bathrooms was nice. We loaded up the fridge and used the kitchen most of the time to help save $$ with meals. Nothing fancy but much better than our usual hotel stays for about the same price. We would use again.

Economical, no frills stay

For the price, this unit was fine. The host was very accommodating of our late checkin which was appreciated.Just be aware that the property is not renovated, it is situated close enough to military that you here road noise. Laundry is available on property, but not in the unit. The neighbors were quiet. The A/C is an older unit, therefore you are not permitted to set the temp below 72, which was a bit warmer than we would prefer. Again, an option for the frugal traveler, host was very nice.

Wonderful owner and well located!!

Played a tennis tournament in Palm Beach Garden and stayed at Jennifer’s condo all week. The condo was just 2 miles from tennis club—so perfectly located and near PGA Blvd, which has many nice restaurants. Bed was comfortable and Jennifer was very helpful with recommendations. One point I missed in description of condo was it’s location on a busy street, thus a bit of noise to deal with at nite time. But that was manageable!!

Glad to have you as a guest! The impact windows cut down the noise tremendously. I have added a pillow top to the King Size bed for more comfort and the TV's are now smart tv's. the property is older, dated, and severely under air conditioned for the last week in May

The owner asked that the air conditioner be left at 76% while away from the property and set no lower than 72 degrees when on-site.The air circulation is insufficient to permit comfortable sleep. Furniture, linens, etc. are all over-used and minimally adequate. The location is convenient for PGA National.

I think there was some miscommunication. I asked that the ac be at 72 or above, which is sufficient for the unit. I stopped in one day due to HOA maintenance which I alerted the guests about prior to coming to the unit. I found that the AC had been turned to 70 degrees. I had previously alerted them that lowering the ac to less than 72 had the potential to create a large amount of condensation which would trip the system and cause the AC to shut off completely. It would take either a day or a service call at $300 to correct the problem. In their best interests I advised them to keep AC at 72 or higher in order to have ac. Many people coming from colder climates have a harder time adjusting to Florida humidity and heat. There are brand new sheets for both the king and twin beds. Funny, when I asked about their stay they said they enjoyed it immensely and loved the location. I thought the guests were quite neat and left everything in good order, even though I like to meet with my guests before they leave so we can walk through the unit together and discuss and issues (items needing replacement or repair) together. The Casey's chose not to do that and left without notice as we had previously agreed to meet at a specific time the day they were leaving. iI think it is only common courtesy to alert someone if one is not keeping an appointment,

Property as described in Homeaway. I was somewhat concerned about noise from the close proximity to a major very busy road (Military Trail) It was not an issue at all. Unit has everything needed as far as amenities of a rental unit. Owner Jennifer was nothing but accommodating. The location was perfect for me being in the area for baseball Spring training. It's under a 15min drive to either The Cardinals/Marlins at Roger Dean or Nationals/Astros at Ballpark of the Palm Beaches.

Communication with Jennifer was excellent. She is friendly and responds immediately. The condo suited our needs. The price and location were good. Neighborhood is safe and quiet. A nice park to walk to down the street. Despite being on a main road, with windows closed, road noise was not an issue. Spacious living room with plenty of seating. Dining area has large table. Bedrooms nicely decorated. Beds clean and comfortable. Fans/ air conditioning / lighting/ Tv’s all good. Parts of the condo are older but functional and met our needs.

Bedroom shower had a lot of mold in it. Pool was never cleaned. Screened porch had mold all over. Stained carpet and the owner pointed it out as soon as we arrived. Bought batteries and cleaned corrosion from TV remotes so they would work. Drains in shower and sinks drain slowly. Had to replace trash bags, toilet paper and paper towels. We will never stay there again.

I am so sorry you had such an unpleasant experience. If you recalled. You booked this at the last minute for season prime time in South Florida. When you arrived, I explained that the resurfacing of the shower hadn't lasted as long as we anticipated, and that I was scheduling someone to come and fix it. I did point it out and also noted that because of the lack of air circulation the shower curtain should be pulled back and situated i in the center of the shower rod, to allow maximum air circulation. I also pointed out the stains in the carpet. I was just as surprised as you were. I had had the carpets cleaned just before you arrived. The stains didn't appear until you checking 4 days later. The carpet was clean. Unfortunately whatever shampoo was used the professional carpet cleaner stained the carpet. Rest assured, this summer I will be replacing the carpet with wood floors. I had also had the patio pressure washed ((by the carpet cleaner) to remove dirt and mold that builds up due to the landscapers and the humidity of our state. I appreciate you cleaning the remotes. Im not sure why you had to replace the batteries. They were fine when I checked them! It is customary for short term rentals to start the unit with 1 rol of toilet paper per bathroom, and 1 roll of paper towels, and several trash liners. In my experience, I f I leave more out, it all disappears (perhaps taken) by certain guests, even the "stash" that I try to hide. If you notice, the unit was outfitted with a full bottle of dishwashing soap, various house cleaning products, sponges, not to mention a full supply of dishes, glasses, cups, coffe make, filters, sometimes coffee, salt & pepper and any other spices left behind, tupperware containers, Food Processor, new coffee maker, kettle, more than adequate supply of various cooking and baking dishes and utensils. I texted you after three days (not to intrude on your vacatoin time) to inquire how your stay was going. At that time you did not bring any of your complaints to my sttention. I was very surprised to see your comments. If you read the previous reviews you will see that most guests have enjoyed their stay and the property.

Best stay ever!!!

We have been coming down to this area for 10 years since our retirement. We decided to stay for the winter this year and booked for January- March. The apartment was spacious and comfortable. Everything we needed was provided and we joined the Palm Beach Gardens library enabling us to get lots of DVDs and books on the cloud. We visited all of the surrounding communities, malls and beaches, ate in lots of our favorite restaurants and caught up on all the nominated movies in the fabulous Cobb cinema. The Sunday Greenmarket was a wonderful experience every week. The property manager was most gracious. We have already rented the apartment for next year. Thanks for a great winter. Jackie & Jeff

All The Comforts of Home

My husband and I stayed at this first floor private condo for a week. Best value for less than a hotel stay in Palm Beach Gardens. No parking fees here you have an assigned parking space. The condo is very comfortable and spacious with two large bedrooms. Quiet and relaxing after a day at the Beach! The condo has everything we needed a comfortable bed, spacious livingroom furniture and large TV. Full kitchen and microwave to heat up leftovers and even a coffemaker. Conveniently located near restaurants, Downtown at the Gardens and The Gardens Mall. Thanks Jen we had a great time and enjoyed staying at your condo!

Nice place to use as headquarters for stay in Jupiter

The descriptions of the property are generally accurate. It is spacious with two bed rooms and baths, well equipped kitchen, and living room. TVs in living area and master bedroom (did not look for one in the second bedroom). The master bath had shower no tub. There was a good sized counter and mirror outside the bathroom that was handy to store toiletries. Second bath had tub/shower. Laundry is pay outside the unit. There was a screened in patio on the front that we did not use. It does face a parking lot and busy street. Easy access to Jupiter to the north other, Palm Beach to the south and beaches to the east . It is not a luxurious unit, but definitely better than a hotel if you are staying more than a night or two.

Family Vacation

We had a wonderful stay with our two adult children. They get along well so sharing a room with two beds was fun for them. Jennifer was excellent to work with from start to finish. The location was convenient to many places. There is a very nice park a few blocks away. Our son got his morning run in and we had a nice two mile walk. Jennifer was really sweet & very accommodating! Was a little surprised to see the 2 twin beds were air mattresses, 1 would not hold air but she bought another one & came right over & aired it up for us. She says she does have 2 actual twin beds coming at the end of June. So that will be good! Overall the place was nice to stay in. Has a pool which was great & was only like a 20 minute drive from the airport & Juno Beach!

The King & twin beds have all been updated to standard mattress and box spring configuration. The Frontgate air mattresses & bed frames were not the superior quality I expected.

Purchased as a rental property in 2005. Totally renovated condo in 2016 for seasonal rentals. Designed and decorated as I would my own home. Comfortable, convenient, and 'homey". A sanctuary of peace to escape to after a busy day enjoying all that Florida has to offer.

Close and easy proximity to everything. Nice quiet small development (14 units) with helpful and considerate residents.
Great split bedroom floor plan. Each bedroom has its own full bath, living room and dining room separate the two bedrooms. Nice screened in porch to relax after the days events and watch the beautiful sunsets.
