The home has quick and easy access to three great beaches: BarefootBeach, Delnor-Wiggins Pass State Park, and Vanderbilt Beach. The property is located in the quiet Villages of Emerald Bay, which has two heated pools and pickleball courts.

The unit has new floors, remodeled kitchen, two renovated bathrooms, and an office/laundry room with stackable washer/dryer. The unit itself is 1350 square feet and is an end unit, single story (The building itself has only 8 units). There is a main living area, formal dining room, eat-in kitchen, and a screened in patio seating area. The unit includes a master bedroom (king size bed) with a master bathroom as well as a second bedroom (queen size bed) and bathroom. There is an attached garage and a car is able to park in the garage.

Pets are permitted, but per the HOA may not exceed 25 pounds and must be well behaved and approved in advance. Additional fee for pets will apply.

Per the HOA, rentals must be a minimum of 90 days and renters must be approved through the association with a credit check and processing fee paid by the renter.
