We’re so glad you had a great stay and that you enjoyed our home enough to want to come back—we’d love to host you again! Hi Tiffany, We are thrilled to hear that you enjoyed your stay at our private escape in Gatlinburg! We were disappointed to hear of your experience with the broken bed and can confirm that as of June 26, 2023 our maintenance team has fixed it so it is in proper working order. Our customer service team spoke with you about your concerns and immediately contacted a maintenance team member to rectify the issue, however due to the timing of the report (a Saturday evening) the soonest they could arrive was following your check out. We do require photographic proof of clean from our team prior to each check-in and we have images showing both the fridge and pool as clean and ready for the next guests before your arrival.

Hi Michelle, We are glad to hear you enjoyed our amazing property in the heart of Gatlinburg! It is always our goal to set realistic expectations for our guests; we do apologize for any inconvenience caused by the delay in the check-in time. We appreciate your feedback regarding the door knob and can confirm that as of January 4, 2024 we have had our maintenance team fix the issues so it is in good working order. We can confirm that we replaced the Air Hockey table with a new one on January 20th, 2024. We do clearly state in our listing description that the indoor pool is not heated as we want to ensure that we set appropriate expectations for each of our guests. It is our goal to create a comfortable and relaxing environment for all who visit, so we are glad that you enjoyed our chore-free approach! We hope to welcome you back for a future stay.

Hi Ellen, Thank you! It was a pleasure hosting you. So happy that you loved our place and the experience and that you'll be coming back again soon!

For future guests, we want to provide clear context on the concerns raised and the current condition of our home. Following this stay, we completed a full inspection and addressed every item mentioned. The sofa has been professionally cleaned, and the hot tub was drained, deep cleaned, sanitized, and refilled on April 8. The hot tub area was also reviewed for safety, and any items not meeting our standards were removed or are being replaced. The dishwasher was checked and is fully functional. All TV remotes were tested and had batteries replaced as needed. Bedroom and bathroom doors, including locks, were inspected and are working properly. Toilet seats were tightened, and blinds were also checked and adjusted.
