We looooved this VRBO! Great location, amenities, and everything was clean and comfy. Lots of towels, very accommodating, extra beach stuff and the speaker at the house were much appreciated.

Girls spring break

The house was absolutely beautiful and amazing. The beds, furniture and bedding were so comfortable. The kids loved the pool. In a nice neighborhood with easy access to shopping, restaurants and Fort Myers beach. Home was clean with tons of extra amenities. Would 100% stay here again!

We had a great stay! The home was very clean and open with tons of natural light. The beds were comfortable. The pool and hot tub were fun for the kids and being able to have our boat behind the house was the best part!

Beautiful home

My sisters and I, along with our spouses, spent 3 nights in this beautiful home for a short getaway and we all loved the home and it's location. The owner of the property was very quick to respond to questions we had and we all agreed we'd love to stay there again.

Beautiful Clean Home.

Our stay was pleasant. The home is super clean and beds are very comfortable. From what we was told we was the first to rent this home. Therefore, the small hiccups was understandable. When we arrived our door code didn’t work and after many attempts to reach someone, we finally was able to get a new door code to gain access. The spa remote control was not on the property for our first day and 1/2. The owner brought it by on tge evening of the 2nd day. The dryer did not work. Got real hot but did not dry. Overall I would definitely rent this hone again.

The house was nice overall, but there were ants on the counter tops and we seen 3 worm looking millipedes in the living and bedroom. The large burner on the stove would not heat up and we had to hold the oven door shut all the while we preheated and cooked our pizza to get it to heat. The owner offered to send a repair man, but I declined because I did not want to stick around for a repair guy while on vacation. The pool man was suppose to be there Wednesday, but never showed.

A lovely beach style house

The house has everything youd need, sadly for us the pool temperature was locked at 100 degrees and couldnt be changed so we didnt really use the pool.

Accurate photos needs better pest control

We stayed at the property April, 2022. Communication with the check in process and the point of contact was effortless. The property photos are very accurate. The property was clean, the pool was a decent temp as well as the hot tub. By the second day, while doing laundry inside the garage we noticed large cockroaches. We were told they were another insect. The next day there were ants all over the kitchen by the window, and on the counter top. I informed the point of contact who stated pest control could not proceed to the residence until several days later, a day after our stay ended. With a current insect problem, there should be an immediate remedy and consistency to avoid it in the future. The neighborhood is peaceful and quiet and no complaints there.

Wonderful Family Vacation

We just got back from our stay in Cape Coral and enjoyed this property very much. There was quick communication the owners when there were questions. The property was just as described. The neighbor was quiet. We were able to fish off the dock and relax by the pool. Would definitely stay again. Thank you.

Great house for our family vacation

This house was perfect for our family of four! We loved the pool and hot tub! Sleeping and common living areas provided plenty of room. Beautiful location ☀️

Beautiful Place

The house is absolutely beautiful! A couple of downsides but wonderful vacation overall. The listing stated there was a grill however there was not. More than one TV for a family would be nice. The kitchen needed a few essentials, measuring cup, cookie sheet/pizza pan, spatula, tongs. Unfortunately I did have to go purchase an umbrella for the table because there is absolutely ZERO shade on the lanai. It was disappointing not being able to enjoy just sitting outside as much until I spent additional money for something that really should have been provided. Not to mention figuring out how to get a large umbrella to the house in a rental car.
