We are a group of friends that get together every year and have done so for 35 years.Its important to us to find a house that has lots of beds, wc, with plenty of room to move about. Its a beautiful house and surrounding land. Comes with awsome wild life too!This house ticked all the boxes.Our host Brooke was splendid and easy to contact.

The property was in an excellent location near to wineries and Margaret River. It was great to see Kangaroos from our back porch. The bedrooms were a good size and accommodated our group of 9 adults and 2 children. There was great communication from Brooke. I would highly recommend the property. James

Everything was clean, neat and tidy. There were plenty of board games and books suitable for all ages. We had more than enough rooms and bathrooms for everyone. We found the accomodation perfect for small groups and families.

We loved our stay at Kilcarnup break. A super comfortable and well equipped house, it was perfect for our extended family gathering. Very relaxing environment, but also close enough to the beaches and wineries. Brooke was a great host. Please don’t stay here, we’d like to book it again!

Great for multiple familes

We had a large group stay here and the configuration of the house was perfect for our needs - 2 master bedrooms upstairs both with ensuites and private balconies, and the rooms were huge; allowed us to separate from kids. Location is amazing. Would definitely stay again

Amazing homestay

We had an amazing stay at Kilcarnup Break. The house is huge and there is everything you could need, including very comfy beds, a ping pong table, backyard cricket set, Nespresso coffee machine and more. Thank you so much for having us!!

Perfect for 2 Families

Great location for what we were doing, and only 10 minutes from town, 10 minutes from Prevelly beach. The house was great for 2 families (4 adults 6 kids), plenty of space inside and out, plenty of activities for the kids, Trampoline, basketball, table tennis and a huge yard.
