Great Location

Great house plenty of room for our family. There were five of us all together, four adults and one child. The location is great just a short walk to Mass Street and the nice shops and great restaurants.

KU Graduation

Great stay for our son’s graduation. The house is in a perfect location near everything. Plenty of space for six of us with a nice fenced in back area for hanging out.

Great location in Lawrence

This was a great location to Mass street. Parking is probably the biggest downfall. There's room for one or two cars behind property but all other parking around it is metered until 5 on Friday, so if you check-in before 5 you just have to pay for a meter until 5.

Fun Family weekend

We had a great time. The night life was a little noisy for our family but we all got sleep. The bathroom and shower were also hard to get ready in. overall though it was great

Colorado Jayhawks

We brought our two husky’s with our family of three. There was plenty of room. The backyard has a great fence. Bedrooms were comfortable. The bathrooms are very small, it’s an old house but functional. Just a block from Mass Street. It was a bit noisy but so convenient.

Lovely House in Lawrence t

This is a beautifully restored home on a tree-lined street adjacent to downtown Lawrence. Everything is close by- restaurants, bars and shopping! You have your own parking space which makes things easy. The Evolve team is terrific. From the folks in the main office to your designated greeter ( ours was Clint), they do everything possible to facilitate your stay. My only caveat, and this is noted in the house description, is the problematic staircase. This is not a home for folks with signicant mobility or visual issues. Otherwise, a great choice!

Great spot close to Mass Street

Cute house, convenient location. We liked having a fenced backyard and there was plenty of room for a pack n play in the upstairs bedrooms. We enjoyed walking to La Prima Tazza every morning for coffee then strolling around the neighborhood to look at the beautiful homes. We'd stay here again!

Great House!

Great house! Lots of charm! Lawrence is a fun town. The house is between a park and downtown Lawrence and was close to KU. That was perfect for us.

Great house and location

Nice house - clean and easy access. Nice fully fenced backyard. We had one dog with us and it was perfect to let her out without worry. One block from all the Mass St action. Would definitely rent again.
