Forget your worries in this thoughtfully renovated 1900's farmhouse and newly built cottage. Both homes have modern day amenities, like central a/c and updated kitchens and bathrooms, with the design and charm of a 1900's farmhouse. 2 homes right next to each other to give you privacy while allowing you to share your vacation with your friends and family. Spacious, fully fenced, and beautifully landscaped yard, perfect for kids, pets and yard games. Enjoy the covered front porch, equipped with an outdoor fan, swings, and plenty of seating for all your guests. The back patio offers a BBQ grill and outdoor covered dining area. Come back from a day of exploring to the sauna and 1 hot tub for the ultimate relaxation. Only a few blocks from downtown, CMU campus, and the Riverfront trail system. A short drive to the Colorado National Monument, Mountain biking trails, and Palisade wine tours.

Perfect family place

Perfect family place, as we go down often to watch the Mav’s play. One of the houses is perfect for a family if you don’t have lots of guests coming too. So much better than hotels; cute farmhouse feel with all the modern luxury. Great hosts and easy location to downtown.

Wonderful spot for large group

Nice place to call home for a long weekend of activities around Grand Junction and Palisade. Beds were comfy, A/C was great, hot tubs were nice after a long day. Thanks to the hosts for timely communication and accommodations along the way!

Awesome property

Great setup with two houses- for two families. Love the outdoor space- trampoline/ hot tub/ seating area. The beds were comfy and the house very well maintained. We would stay there again for sure.

Great gathering spot

This was a fantastic home for 5 of us that rode dirt bikes for 5 days in Grand Junction. Huge drive for trailer, plenty of room for all 5 between both houses and very well appointed with a sauna and 2 hot tubs. Would def rent again!

Amazing Property

These well appointed homes are situated minutes from downtown on a beautiful property, with everything you need to feel at home. Great decorations and comfortable interior with extensive outdoor space to enjoy the beautiful Grand Junction weather. I stay in a lot of short term rentals and this one is a top find… I will be back!

Spacious and charming home

We visited Grand Junction for my nephew’s wedding. We needed a nice, spacious place for our family to stay. This was the perfect location and set up. The home was very clean, beds were comfortable, amenities great, and perfect location. Rebecca was super quick to respond every time I had a question. Loved the hot tub and sauna as added bonuses. We will definitely look to stay here again when coming back!

Wedding

Great for a large group!! Had (11) adults in town for a wedding and even held the rehearsal and rehearsal dinner at the main house. Was fantastic!! Plenty of space for everybody. Was great having two kitchens, plenty of parking, a great porch area, and the corn hole game boards! Plus, it was close to downtown GJ and all that activity. Thanks for a great stay!!

Both houses were immaculate. The space worked so well for our family and friends - kitchen was super stocked with cookware and dishes, appliances were nice, AC was cold and beds were very comfortable. Manicured lawn and cot hope games were nice. We danced under the pavilion. :-). Perfect stay!

Gran junction

Overall, we were very happy with the trip. the only problem is there were a lot of bugs, and they stank really bad. thankfully no cockroaches. Would still come again but they could use a better exterminator.

Great Location and Home

The location of the home is outstanding. It is centrally located and very close to CMU. Both main home and cottage were very clean. Rebecca and Brandon were great and responsive to an issue getting ice from fridge. The purpose of my visit was to host Thanksgiving dinner. While the main house held everyone, it wasn’t ideal for this purpose. This is one me for not making the connection that the beds, tv’s and space is spread across main house and cottage. I still highly recommend this property because of all the pluses.

Funky Bunch Reunion and CMU Graduation

We had 12 family and friends in town for our son's college graduation. I can't express how absolutely perfect this house was. The yard, the porch, 2 houses on one property, the floor plan and decor of the houses, parking, cleanliness, well stocked kitchen, location to Stocker Stadium and downtown, etc . . . the list goes on. CMU 2024 Grads with large families book it now!

Home away from Home

We rented both properties for a couple of nights to host a little gathering for My Daughter's college graduation (I live in MT and her Dad lives in WI) These properties were fantastic. The landscape, the outdoor furniture, grills, hot tubs, yard games, so much neat things to do! It was perfect. The air worked well, appliances are new and work as they should. All the houses were beyond clean! They are decorated so lovely too! Plenty of blankets, pillows, fans!! We didn't use the sauna but loved it was there in case! I believe I've found my 'landing' spot when I visit GJ!

Family, Floating, Food, & Fun

This property (we had both houses) was an absolute dream! My parents, both 80, were able to retreat to the small cottage while the rest of us stayed in the big house. We had the best time and were able to relax and enjoy our time together. The property was so clean and inviting. The kids enjoyed the trampoline and basketball and the s’mores 😋. We could not have chosen a better location for our family gathering! Bonus—it was 3 blocks from my son’s house. We enjoyed the Farmer’s Market on Main, shopping downtown, Enstrom’s, Banana’s, Palisade Farmer’s Market, floating the river, The Hot Tomato, and the super porch swing chairs for evening visits. It was all just perfect!! We’re already discussing next year 😎
