Very nice place and clean. They have things backwards for anybody with mobility issues though. The main level features only a bathroom suitable for young adults/children. The fixtures are very low in height. The upstairs, where all the bedrooms are located BTW, has the only accessible bathroom with grab bars and an adult size potty. LOL. If anyone in your group can’t safely get up the stairs by themselves repeatedly recommend moving on. Overall a nice property for a young family having no members with mobility issues.

House was roomy, comfy, great location (minus the traffic noise being so close to the road), and worked great for us. We loved that the house was stocked well, and enjoyed taking the kayak out and sitting out on the deck during the breaks of rain when the sun came out! We walked to the shops and restaurants in Nehalem which was great. One thing, the master bath shower is tricky. There’s labels everywhere, the shower needed instructions as well!

Salmon Fishing trip

Cozy Weekend Getaway

This house was so clean and so comfy! We couldn’t have asked for a better house for our little family getaway! The dock made it perfect to bring our boats and do some fishing! We will definitely be back!!

Charming Town Charming House

My wife and I spent a quiet time together for her birthday. The house was private, clean, and well stocked. The view was amazing! Nothing like having breakfast surrounded by windows and the river. Will definitely rent here again.

Winter Crabbing Expedition

Tides and weather a Real Challenge. The house was ( as before ) a wonderful shelter and cozy getaway Super convenient with all amenities. For us , a little luxurious .Nice to have the Meredith office in Manzanita , if needed. I cannot recommend this spot enough.

It was great

Siri took us to the wrong location, so don’t trust Apple Maps. Once we got there it was great. Check in was easy and the space was nice. The house is in a beautiful location. Loved watching the birds in the morning, even saw an eagle. The stars were awesome at night. We had a wonderful time visiting Nehalem and surrounding Oregon.

Great home! Very clean, everything was conveniently labeled, and cute location. As another review mentioned, the code for the outside door wasn’t provided, but the phone number for assistance picked up immediately and provided us with the code. Highly recommend.
