Sea La Vie has all the charm and amenities you will need for a memorable vacation on the OBX. Located oceanside in the Corolla Light neighborhood, you are in short walking distance to the oceanfront community pool and beach. Enjoy your own private hot tub or a game of pool or ping pong. Plenty of room for everyone to gather for meals and movies. The ensuite on the mid-level features a private bath with large jetted tub.

No pets allowed. No smoking/vaping. Fireplace not available for guest use. Parking for 4-5 vehicles. 10 armbands for Corolla Light amenities. Trolley service available from Memorial Day thru late August.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

This house was in a great location close to all the stuff our kids wanted to do. Bathrooms were recently updated. Kitchen was well stocked.

When we first arrived, we were disappointed with the cleanliness. The shower windows in all bathrooms had smudges all over and didn't look like they had been cleaned, one of the comforters was soiled, one of the mirrors had a large smudge, some of the locks on the bathrooms were broken, the decks were covered in debris, the pantry door was leaning against the opening, and the couches/ pull out couch were filthy. The cleaners came back the day after we arrived to fix some of the more minor cleaning issues. They also had an upholstery cleaner come take care of the couches. Maintenance never came to fix the pantry door, locks, or decks. The location helped make up for some of the issues we experienced. It was disappointing having to spend the first couple days of vacation trying to get people to do their jobs.

The cleanliness and maintenance issues you described (smudged shower windows and mirror, soiled comforter, debris on the decks, and the condition of the couches/pull-out) are not acceptable. I apologize you had to spend the first days of your vacation managing these problems. I’m glad housekeeping returned and upholstery was addressed, and I’m sorry maintenance was not able to resolve the concerns while you were there. The house was filthy when we checked in. Called the host and the only resolution offered was to reclean. However, that wasn’t acceptable as we had already cleaned it since we needed to use the house we had paid a lot for. I’m still waiting on the manager to call me as promised…. It’s been three weeks and I’ve called weekly. TV’s also didn’t work properly. Good luck to future renters!!!
