This wonderful custom vacation home has 4 bedrooms plus a den area and a office for those working vacations, with 3 full bathrooms and 1 half bath. Built in 2021 and located only a short stroll or bike ride to Bethany''s beautiful, guarded beaches, boardwalk, shopping, and restaurants, and nestled away in a quiet residential area. Many upgraded features including central air conditioning, roomy full-size kitchen with all the comforts of home (dishwasher, microwave, washer/dryer, 3 TVs, WIFI, large, screened porch to sit and enjoy morning coffee, outside shower to rinse off the beach sand before heading indoors and gas grill. Family and friends will enjoy long evenings sitting on the patio around the custom-built gas fire pit! The perfect summer beach home with plenty of space to relax and make those special family beach vacation memories!
