Thank you so much, Nick, for your kind feedback! We are thrilled to hear that your stay at our property was clean and exactly as pictured. We are glad that you found the gated parking area easy to access. We truly appreciate your recommendation and are grateful for your 5-star rating. It was our pleasure to have you as our guest, and we hope to welcome you back in the near future.
We were looking for a place to basically just lay our heads without being in a hotel. This place was secure, clean, and right near Magazine St which has lots of little shops and restaurants. We did end up spending a bit on Ubers since we had a lot planned closer to the French Quarter. Otherwise, it was a cute condo that fulfilled what we needed.

Stay in New Orleans
Your place was great, except for front gate. It is very hard to open. Very comfy accommodations.. However, we had a very hard time figuring how to go anywhere. My husband is unable to walk long distances, so we were unable to do much. Would have been great to have had information on buses, etc.

Property manager unpredictable
The property was very nice, and is in a great location.
Our main concern was the multiple requests for additional information from the Book NOLA management company. Several of these came at the last minute, including a request for a picture of a credit card the day before arrival, and a request for a rental agreement a few minutes before arrival when I was traveling. The message system used did not have active web links and so it was necessary to request emails to get access to documents.
In one case I was asked to resubmit a form that had been completed and accepted already: The link did not work, and I did not have access to a printer of scanner.
"Please resubmit your rental agreement signature since it's not clear and properly visible.
Print out the last page of the agreement, wet sign, scan, and send us via email at: "
The staff were very polite when I called about these issues, but these calls would not be necessary with earlier completion of documents and a better online platform.
A more streamlined process for submitting required information would be very useful. Requests made at the last minute are hard to complete with limited access to communication devices and when one is focused on finding the location.
The property is very nice but the interaction with the management company was unpredictable and took a lot of extra time.
