A Gem in St. Petersburg!!

I had a wonderful stay at this property! The home was absolutely beautiful—clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully decorated. The location was perfect: centrally located in St. Petersburg, making it easy to explore everything the area has to offer. The host, Ronny, was fantastic—responsive, kind, and incredibly informative, which made the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

A weekend of golf and music...3 former college roommates and 2 other friends had a great time in the St Pete area and stayed in this rental. The description and pictures are spot on. The place was amazing! The primary bedroom is huge. I also liked that there is so much seating; seating inside and plenty of seating outside. My family enjoyed the pool table and other games in the garage. The area is very peaceful and the neighbors are nice. The house is in a great location to everything we needed. I would definitely stay there again. I highly recommend this place, particularly for big families. It has so much space. Well done!

This was a beautiful, comfortable well-appointed house. My husband and I along with our two dogs had a great stay as we explored the area for the first time. There is a lot to do within a 15 to 20 minute ride. The owner was very responsive. I would stay here again if I returned to the St. Pete area.

10 of us stayed at this gorgeous new house. Kids enjoyed the game room. We cooked in the spacious kitchen several nights utilizing the out grill as well. The owner went above and beyond to accommodate a early check.in and bring a fan to us when requested. 20 minutes to the best beaches around. Loved our stay. Thanks Ronny..

The house was beautiful although I expected it to be cleaner with paying a 3xx.00 cleaning fee. Also the coffee machine doesn’t work correctly, the master tub doesn’t drain properly, no extra blankets or throws. Overall, the house is nice but not worth the amount paid.

Good for a big group

Overall, the house was good for our group of eight adults. We especially enjoyed morning coffee and tea on the screened-in porch. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking. With the open floor plan and few sound-absorbing textiles, it could be noisy if some people were active when others wanted to sleep. Most of the nearby houses are somewhat rundown, and some had debris -- perhaps from hurricane damage -- on their curb. However, we didn't feel unsafe there. Communication with host was good, and the short drive to area attractions was convenient.

Property is good with ample betdrooms and bathrooms and a great gathering space. It was quiet and neighborhood is fine. Some thought kitchen utensils could be better organized. Had to put batteries in main BR remote and no remote in amother (back) BR. Charcoal grill works, bit needs charcoal grate/tray replaced - it has corroded through. We could line with foil and make it work. Asked about beach gear in the house before travel, but did not receive a response. Turns out there were several beach items there. Overall, very good visit and property. We would certainly stay there again.

Brand new house near beach, review location

Overall this house is beautifully re-done, with comfortable bedrooms, lovely kitchen, game room and outdoor space. Kitchen is especially nice with great space for making meals. The proximity to beaches is fantastic (only 6-10 minutes) in either direction. Our communication with the property manager was also excellent, and he reached out to make sure everything was going well. Having said that I would advise anyone to review the location. While the house is fantastic and new, we had some safety concerns about the surrounding area (abandoned businesses). House is fitted with an alarm but appears to be for show and we turned it on but it does not actually work. A few minor suggestions for the owners would be to add a few lamps for softer lighting, dust buster or vacuum so guests can clean up, and a few extra blankets for the couch.

Lovely, newly remodeled home in St. Pete

Lovely home with fenced yard and high ceilings. Bedrooms were roomy, kitchen was huge and well-equipped, living room had plenty of seating, master suite was palatial. This was the perfect house for our family of 7 here in Florida for a wedding.

I usually wait until I complete my stay before I submit a review, but there’s no need to wait on this one. This house is FANTASTIC!!! It’s new construction and very nicely decorated. Large, open and spacious. And before I continue, let me say, the owners went out of their way to be sure ALL of our needs were met! They are a true Class Act!! This house has it all, from the garage full of fun entertainment (pool table, ping pong table and even a foosball table!) to the huge screened lanai and outdoor covered seating and large grille. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need(really liked the Instapot, Air Fryer, and Wok). And the master bathroom, wow! The huge shower has a water fall shower head that if you have never tried one, then you are in for a huge treat!!! I could go on and on about this house, but in a word, ‘Petfect’! You won’t regret it! And it’s Florida! There are beaches in all directions, shopping, dining and nightlife all around! Just PERFECT!!

We really enjoyed staying at the property from inside to outside. Our kids love the game room and the house is so spacious and clean. The property is not to far from the beach and other shops, etc.. We would come back and stay here again. Also the property manager (Nick) is very helpful and always available when we contact him.
